Perlane® is an injectable cosmetic dermal filler that has been used to soften wrinkles and facial folds of patients across the world. It is also a popular filler for lip augmentation, facial depressions, and facial scarring. The hyaluronic acid in Perlane® supplements the body’s natural supply, which becomes depleted with age. Perlane® is biodegradable so its effects are not permanent but the results of a Perlane® filler treatment tend to last six months to a year.

SkinSpirit is recognized as a Platinum Member, meaning SkinSpirit is in the top 1% of injectors in the country.
Restylane is the first and only collagen
replacement therapy that uses non-animal derived Hyaluronic Acid. It’s
proven to give long-lasting correction of moderate-to-severe facial wrinkles
as well as augmentation for the lips. Because Hyaluronic Acid occurs naturally
in the body, it dissolves naturally with time and requires no allergy testing
prior to treatment. Most results last up to six months.

JUVÉDERM™ is a smooth consistency gel made of hyaluronic acid–a naturally occurring substance in your skin that helps to add volume and hydration. Your healthcare professional eases JUVÉDERM™ injectable gel under the skin to provide a smooth, natural look and feel–so everyone will notice (but no one will know)! In fact, studies show superior results of JUVÉDERM™ compared to a collagen–based dermal filler. In studies prior to the product launch, participants treated with both JUVÉDERM™ injectable gel and another dermal filler preferred JUVÉDERM™! And SkinSpirit’s results have been equally encouraging. Since we began offering this product, our clients are seeing great, long–lasting results. In addition, JUVÉDERM™ injectable gel is the first FDA–approved hyaluronic acid dermal filler that is proven to be safe and effective for persons of color.
As we age, our skin changes. Over time, the natural volume of youthful skin begins to diminish as wrinkles and folds form. But, with JUVÉDERM™ injectable gel, you don’t have to just sit back and let it happen! Approved by the FDA, JUVÉDERM™ injectable gel is a "next–generation" dermal filler. The smooth consistency gel helps to instantly restore your skin’s volume and smooth away facial wrinkles and folds, like your "smile lines" or "parentheses" (nasolabial folds–the creases that run from the bottom of your nose to the corners of your mouth).

How does Radiesse work?
Radiesse’s microspheres are suspended within a gel carrier. The gel carrier gradually resorbs
and is replaced with your own body’s natural soft-tissue ingrowth. The microspheres provide scaffolding for replacement
by your own body’s soft tissue.
Is this product FDA-approved?
Radiesse has full FDA approval.
Will Radiesse become hard or noticeable to touch?
No. It will remain soft and pliable and will take on the characteristics of the surrounding
tissue.
How long will Radiesse last?
Individual results will vary. Most patients report correction for approximately twelve to eighteen
months. Duration of the product can be enhanced by touch-up treatments before the product has fully dissipated.
How many treatments will be required?
Some patients may achieve an optimal correction on their first injection; others will need a touch-up
injection at approximately 6-8 weeks post-injection to achieve optimal results.
What areas of the face are normally treated with Radiesse?
Typical Radiesse treatments include: smoothing and contouring smile lines or nasolabial folds, wrinkles
at the corner of the mouth, acne scars, facial defects or recessions, frown lines, restoring volume in and around the cheeks,
modest enhancement or correcting asymmetrical features.
Is this product safe?
The safety of this product has been well-established by FDA. Its primary component, calcium hydroxylapatite,
has been safely used for many years in dental, facial, and orthopedic surgery. Its other components are on the FDA’s G.R.A.S.
(Generally Regarded as Safe) list for their safe long-term use in other products.
Are there any side effects?
Some common injection-related side effects occur, such as swelling, pain, itching, and tenderness at
injection site. When injected in the lips this substance can form nodules, or small lumps, in some patients.

As you age, facial wrinkles and creases start appearing, caused by the weakening and breaking down of collagen and elastin fibers beneath the surface of the skin. Collagen Replacement Therapy helps to "fill in" lines, wrinkles and some acne scarring by temporarily plumping and smoothing treated areas.
An exciting development: The arrival of a new dermal filler that doesn't need a skin pre-test!
