Kyle, 40, knows skincare. In fact, he made it his career for more than a decade.
And while Kyle has worked for such industry heavyweights as glo Professional Brands, SkinMedica, Allergan, and Revision, he is most passionate about education in the beauty and skincare sector. He has led regional workshops, seminars, and trained hundreds of staff throughout the continental US on skincare company products and procedures. He is constantly juggling his roles between research, business strategy and planning, and creating and developing internal and external marketing and education initiatives.
Confidence for Kyle is a self-reinforcing cycle. Coaching, teaching, training and presenting to an audience require self-possession and poise. In turn, Kyle feels the most confident when he’s center-stage. He considers himself a classic extrovert in this sense, and feels the most empowered in a group setting.
But public speaking, let alone public speaking for a medical skincare brand, requires you to always put your best face forward. That’s why Kyle swears by neurotoxin treatments such as Botox to freeze and fill emotive lines and wrinkles caused from aging.
