As a practitioner, Elle always tries to make her patients feel at home in her chair, as she knows it can be a very vulnerable position and she wants them to know she has their best interest at heart. She loves getting to know her patients and getting a sneak peak into their lives every time she sees them. She wants her patients to feel like they're visiting a friend who just happens to be an Aesthetic Physician Assistant.
Elle received her Bachelor of Science degree from UC Davis in Davis, California and later earned her Master of Science degree at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.
Elle's favorite treatment is Botox because she feels it's a wonderful treatment to slow down the aging process without losing any of the special idiosyncrasies that make each face unique. She always tells her patients, you will still look like yourself, just a totally refreshed version that drinks kale smoothies daily and gets 10 hours of sleep! Elle says there is no better feeling than helping someone feel better in their own skin.
Outside of work, Elle is a mama of two. Her hobbies include going to concerts, interior decorating and working on her never ending house remodel.

Pritika Gosai always knew she wanted to pursue a career that was challenging, rewarding, and made a difference on the lives of others on a daily basis. After spending seven years in pediatrics, she launched a career in medical dermatology and aesthetics that has allowed her to do just that.
Pritika feels rewarded each day as she helps her clients grow more confident in their skin. She always takes the time to listen to her clients' needs and concerns and enjoys providing personalized care that allows each individual to achieve their goals. At the same time, she's very open and will set realistic expectations with each client.
Botox and dermal fillers are two of Pritika's favorite treatments. Both offer fast results, allowing clients to feel and look their best in time for special occasions, like weddings and holidays. Laser hair removal is another of Pritika's favorites because it allows her clients to feel comfortable in their own skin.
When she's not helping patients at SkinSpirit, Pritika enjoys spending time with her loved ones, reading fictional mystery books, trying new foods, and working out. She also loves going back to visit her roots in the paradise of Fiji Islands.
?Pritika Gosai, RN, BSN - Transitioning from 7 years in pediatrics, Pritika finds daily reward in boosting confidence through personalized aesthetic care. She carefully listens to client goals while setting realistic expectations, delivering treatments like Botox, fillers, and laser hair removal.
Tina began her career as an OR nurse at John Hopkins on the otolaryngology/ head and neck team. From there she transitioned to the ICU for 15 years before becoming a nurse practitioner. Tina now proudly celebrates her 20th year in nursing!
Inspired by her mother who is a makeup artist, Tina established herself as an editorial makeup artist as a hobby, with her work being featured on the cover of several magazines. Her appreciation for light and shadow, balance, enhancing natural beauty, and passion for medicine gives her the tools to help her patients look and feel their best. Tina says that enhancing her clients natural beauty fills her cup.
Tina's favorite treatment is injectables. She loves dermal fillers and Sculptra to help treat volume loss and reverse the signs of aging.
Outside of work Tina loves to spend time outside getting dirty. Anything from trail running, biking, hiking, you name it! She loves Northern California for all its beauty and opportunities to play.
