During the treatment itself, hair fine needles penetrate the skin while radiofrequency technology triggers skin rejuvenation, restoring collagen and elastin to tighten, lift and contour. The entire process can take about 15-30 minutes, depending on what concerns we’re addressing in the stomach area.
“Discomfort can vary depending on the area we are targeting,” says Sierra. “The typical pain level is described as mild for skin laxity and scar treatments, while fat reduction may feel a bit spicier.” That’s where comfort measures like ProNox come in.
