Lindsay is a dedicated nurse injector from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and graduated from Boise State University with a nursing degree. She began her nursing career in cardiac acute care in Denver, Colorado. After five years working in hospital settings and as a travel nurse, she moved to Arizona to pursue her passion for aesthetic medicine.

Since becoming a certified injector, Lindsay has prioritized continued education and career development, always striving to provide the best and safest outcomes. Her goal for each patient is to make them feel comfortable, confident, and beautiful while building long-lasting relationships. She has a special passion for facial balancing and enjoys discussing how to create harmony in the face and skin, not only through injectables but also by incorporating skincare, lasers, and aesthetic services.

Outside of her professional life, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her dog, Harlow, traveling, and participating in outdoor activities.

Marie Kardjian RN, BSN, MPA, was the Clinical Supervisor for Maffi Plastic Surgery in Scottsdale, Arizona and has been recognized for her aesthetic injection techniques. She specializes in dermal soft tissue fillers such as Juvederm Ultra, Juvederm Ultra Plus,Voluma, Volbella, Vollure, Restylane, Restylane Lyft, Restylane Silk, Defyne, Refyne, Belotero and Sculptra.

As a clinical consultant for several medical companies, she has trained many physicians and health care professionals. She is among the few registered nurses, who is also a licensed esthetician. Marie's nursing background enables her to incorporate true science and technology into leading concepts of advanced medical rejuvenating and anti aging treatments.

Marie is trained in the latest laser technology for permanent hair reduction, Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) for vein and brown spot removal, as well as laser skin resurfacing and tightening treatments. With her vast background, Marie can recommend the most appropriate skincare treatment for you.

Tiffanie is originally from Seattle but moved to Arizona in 2000 after receiving her master's degree and Nurse Practitioner certification. Before she started her full-time aesthetic medicine career she worked as a RN and NP in both the hospital setting and clinic setting. A couple of those years included serving in the United States Peace Corps.

Tiffanie has practiced aesthetic medicine for over 15 years full time. She enjoys educating patients on the aging process and explaining available options that support their short- and long-term goals. Her favorite treatments include Ultherapy and injectables that gain patients face shape back. For her own skin care routine Tiffanie loves SkinBetter Science, ZO, and SkinMedica.
