Rachel H.: Week Six of REBALANCE

Well, thank goodness!  Weigh in day and I’m doing OK.  I went up less than a pound while on vacation.  Now there’s nothing between me and continual weight loss through the holidays.  At least I hope – no more drama!

Carli gave me some mini-goals through the week – keep under the 1150 calories a day, and get into the pool four times before our next weigh in.  Can do!

I feel I had a two week stall in weight loss after going through the personal crisis, and then my vacation.  Although due to Rebalance, I think I managed both situations better than if I were not thinking about calories, nutrition, a regimen, goals, and accountability.  I’m eager now to keep things simple for the next few months – enjoy my work and focus upon health.  That’s a nice thought after things have been complicated.
