REBALANCE Recipe Time – Berry Banana Yogurt Pops

4 thinly sliced strawberries

1/2 thinly sliced banana

1/4 cup blueberries

1.5 – 2 cups plain goat yogurt (or yogurt of choice)

optional – sweetener of choice – stevia, raw honey, or even a little fruit juice sweetened jam.

Drop a few pieces of fruit into popsicle mold, fill the mold half full with yogurt mix, drop a few more pieces of fruit in.

Place Popsicle Sticks In

Freeze for a few hours and enjoy!
