Jacqueline earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boston College in 2011, graduating cum laude. With over 14 years of nursing experience, she has spent the last five years specializing in aesthetic medicine. Her foundation in bedside nursing has instilled in her a deep belief that how you treat your patients matters profoundly—kindness, empathy, and integrity guide her practice every day.

After becoming a mother to three young daughters, Jacqueline found herself wanting to reconnect with both her inner and outer beauty. This personal journey inspired her to become certified in aesthetic nursing, with the goal of helping other women—and men—who may be navigating similar feelings. She brings a unique blend of clinical skill and heartfelt compassion to every patient interaction.

Jacqueline specializes in full-face rejuvenation, including neurotoxin treatments for the face, neck, and jaw, as well as lip filler. Many of her patients are mothers who seek a refreshed, natural look that helps them feel confident and beautiful. These treatments often serve as a gateway to further enhancements, such as cheeks, chin, PDO threads, or Sculptra, as trust and relationships build.

Her go-to skincare product is Skinbetter Alpharet. Jacqueline believes retinol is a must-have for improving pores, skin texture, and breakouts—and she encourages nearly every patient to incorporate it into their routine.

For Jacqueline, the most rewarding part of her work is helping people feel better about themselves. She loves being part of her patients’ transformations—both inside and out.

Originally from Boston, Jacqueline met her husband while he was playing for the Boston Red Sox. They eventually relocated to Texas, his home state, where they are now raising their three daughters, ages 8, 6, and 3. When she's not working, Jacqueline devotes most of her time to being with her family, cherishing the everyday moments that come with raising three spirited little girls.

Meet Jessica McMahon, RN, BSN

With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Jessica blends clinical expertise with a deep understanding of her patients’ goals and motivations. Known for her bubbly, warm, and welcoming personality, she brings a joyful and educational approach to every appointment—making patients feel comfortable, empowered, and excited about their skincare journey.

Her favorite treatment to perform is dermal lip filler, where she takes pride in creating the perfect pout that keeps patients coming back with smiles (and selfies!). The instant confidence boost and joy her patients feel after seeing their before-and-after results reminds her why she loves what she does.

A skincare enthusiast herself, Jessica swears by TNS by SkinMedica and P-Tiox by SkinCeuticals—two powerhouse products that she even used throughout her pregnancy. TNS gives her that baby-soft, youthful glow, while P-Tiox helps prolong the effects of her Botox treatments.

Above all, she’s passionate about helping every patient achieve their dream glow-up and feel confident in their own skin.

When she’s not in the treatment room, you can find her adventuring with her husband and baby, discovering new restaurants, or hitting the golf course—she loves anything active and competitive, especially a good round of golf on her days off.

Shauna Marioni is a Nurse Practitioner at SkinSpirit who blends clinical precision with a passion for natural, timeless aesthetics. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), specializing in Women’s Health, and holds a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) certification.

She is devoted to helping clients feel confident and refreshed, never overdone- by enhancing their natural beauty with a refined “less is more” approach.

Her favorite treatments include neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport) for the way they soften the face, making it appear more relaxed and vibrant. Also, Sculptra which gradually improves skin texture leaving you with a subtle, natural, and more refreshed look. Her go-to skincare product is Skinbetter Alpharet, which delivers the transformative effects of a retinol in a gentle, effective formula.

When she’s not at SkinSpirit, you’ll find her gardening, cooking, practicing Pilates, trying new restaurants, or traveling with her husband.

Fun fact: she has a few charming Norwegian Pygmy goats for pets; they make the cutest yard ornaments!
