With over 6 years of experience as a nurse injector, Bailey combines advanced clinical expertise with an artistic eye to deliver natural, balanced, and confidence-enhancing results. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington.
Passionate about full facial balancing, Bailey approaches each treatment with precision and care- enhancing her patients’ unique features while maintaining harmony and authenticity. Known for her gentle technique and attention to detail, she strives to make every patient feel comfortable, educated, and empowered throughout their aesthetic journey. When she’s not at work, she loves to travel with her husband and their fur baby Rufus.

Katherine Eckols is a highly experienced, Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) known for her expertise in cosmetic injectables, such as neuromodulators and dermal fillers. She brings a strong ability to deliver a holistic care approach in aesthetics, focusing primarily on thorough patient assessments, accurate diagnosing, and personalized management of therapy treatments.
Committed to patient safety and achieving optimal outcomes, Katherine leverages evidence-based practice methodologies to ensure top-tier patient care. She actively collaborates across all healthcare disciplines in support of comprehensive patient care planning and continuity.
Katherine obtained her foundational degree, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, from Mercy College of Northwest Ohio in 2006. She further advanced her career in 2017 by earning her Master of Science in Nursing with an emphasis on Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas in Arlington.
