Arielle Soares, MHS, PA-C is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant with specialized training in aesthetic medicine. Arielle's academic journey is marked by excellence. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the University of Scranton, graduating Summa Cum Laude, before pursuing advanced studies at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she attained her Master's Degree in Health Sciences: Physician Assistant Studies.

With a background in emergency and urgent care medicine, Arielle brings a strong foundation in patient safety and procedural skill to her work as an aesthetic injector. She is highly trained in neurotoxins (Botox®, Dysport®, Daxxify®, Xeomin®, Jeuveau®), dermal fillers (Juvéderm®, Restylane®, Teoxane®), and bio-stimulatory treatments such as Sculptra® and Radiesse®. Arielle also has extensive experience with advanced skin and body treatments including Ellacor, CO2 resurfacing, Morpheus8, Ultherapy, Halo, BBL, Moxi, CoolSculpting Elite, Kybella®, EmSculpt Neo, and PDO thread lifts. Her training in ultrasound-guided safety techniques ensures a meticulous and thoughtful approach to every treatment.

Dana M. Castelli, RN, BSN is a Registered Nurse and Licensed Esthetician in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, bringing a unique blend of medical expertise and artistic precision to the world of aesthetics. With extensive experience in both surgical and non-surgical procedures, Dana provides patients with thoughtful, personalized consultations rooted in both safety and artistry.

She has trained alongside some of the leading board-certified plastic surgeons and is highly skilled in advanced aesthetic treatments. With more than 16 years of experience in the field of Aesthetics, she specializes in neuromodulators like Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, Jeuveau®, and Daxxify™, along with FDA-approved dermal fillers such as Juvederm, Restalyne,Sculptra®, Radiesse®, Kybella®, and PDO threads. Dana is also proficient in cutting-edge laser and energy-based therapies, including Ultherapy® and Morpheus8, allowing her to offer patients comprehensive, results-driven solutions.

In addition to her aesthetic training, Dana’s career spans multiple areas of medicine, including acute care, telemetry, and perioperative nursing. This broad clinical background makes her an empathetic advocate for patients, deeply attuned to both their medical needs and aesthetic goals.

A proud graduate of Penn State University, Dana earned her nursing degree with honors and quickly discovered her passion for aesthetic medicine. With a background in makeup artistry and esthetics, she has a natural ability to assess facial balance and communicate treatment options in a way that patients can clearly understand.
