With eight years of direct-patient care experience in emergency medicine, obesity medicine, cardiometabolic health and preventative health, Alexis is recognized for her strong clinical background and expertise, as well as her passion for delivering quality care and for health optimization.

A nationally-board certified Physician Assistant, Alexis earned her PA education from Stanford University School of Medicine and completed a fellowship in Family Medicine at Stanford Hospital and Clinics. Prior to becoming a PA, she earned her Master’s in Public Health from Touro University, California and her undergraduate degree in Public Relations, while also leading her family’s wellness boutique.

She is committed to being at the forefront of understanding the aging process and to providing her patients with the education and tools necessary for enhancing natural beauty, achieving vitality and improving longevity. Her goal is to support each patient in all aspects of their health, inside and out, by using a proactive, preventative, evidence-based approach. 

“I love what I do because I am allowed the opportunity to blend my creative spirit and medical knowledge while applying my clinical skills using cutting-edge anti-aging technologies to ultimately help patients reach their goals, boost self-confidence and improve quality of life,” she says.

In her spare time, Alexis loves to be outdoors and active, travel, and spend quality time with her family and her dogs.

Kaitlyn Layman, DNP, FNP-C, is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for aesthetic medicine. She is known for delivering natural-looking results through ethical and personalized treatment plans, aiming to create an elevated, thoughtful experience for every client—rooted in safety, artistry, and trust.

Kaitlyn’s favorite treatment is Dysport, which she loves for its ability to refresh the face while helping prevent the formation of static lines. She believes it’s a simple yet powerful way to help clients feel their best. Her must-have skincare product is SkinCeuticals P-Tiox, which helps extend the life of injectables while keeping skin glowing and radiant between treatments.

She finds deep fulfillment in helping clients feel confident, empowered, and naturally refreshed.

Outside of work, Kaitlyn is all about balance. She enjoys a good F45 workout or Pilates class just as much as getting lost in a fantasy or thriller novel—especially with her thriving book club. She’s married to her amazing husband, has two beautiful kids, and a sweet golden retriever who keeps life fun and full.

As a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, Megan displays a passion for the art of aesthetics. She obtained her Doctoral degree from Oklahoma City University in 2016 after working as a critical care registered nurse for six years. Post graduation she moved to Texas to pursue a career as an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner. Her unique expertise and attention to detail allows the focus to be on the patient while selecting the right treatment. “I love doing technical procedures including full face neurotoxin, facial balancing, and Sculptra”. Her treatment plans are holistic which leads to an undetectable outcome that helps the patient stand out and enhances their natural beauty!” In her free time she enjoys cuddles with her two daughters and is currently learning to fly!

As an Aesthetic Physician Assistant, Sherie Becker is an expert in facial rejuvenation, using customized treatment plans and combination therapy to achieve beautiful, and natural looking results. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of Colorado, Boulder, where she majored in Integrative Physiology. She then continued her Graduate level training at Touro University, California where she graduated Valedictorian of her PA class and received double Masters Degrees in Physical Assistant Studies and Public Health. Prior to specializing in Medical Aesthetics, Sherie specialized in Dermatology, where she gained a strong foundation of knowledge in the use of laser treatments, medical grade skincare, and safest practices to achieve glowing skin. As a Bay Area native, Sherie joined SkinSpirit in the Los Gatos, CA office in 2017, and relocated to the Plano office in 2022.

Sherie strives to provide quality patient education, cutting-edge technology and customized treatment plans to patients of all ages in order to enhance one's natural beauty and restore youthfulness. Sherie utilizes a range of treatments to achieve the best possible results, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, microneedling, and laser treatments.

She is also passionate about finding a homecare routine of medical grade skincare products for her patients to use to suit their skincare needs, and help achieve and maintain the best possible results. With an artistic eye, and close attention to detail, Sherie is able to provide the highest quality in aesthetic care.

In her spare time, Sherie loves spending time with her 3 young children, husband, family and 2 dogs.
