Jalynn has been an aesthetic injector for four years, and it is her absolute passion. She specializes in combining dermal fillers and neurotoxins to create customized treatment plans that enhance skin health and facial harmony. Her passion for aesthetics is rooted in achieving natural, undetectable results, helping to destigmatize societal views on aesthetic treatments.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center and is committed to continuous education. She has attended multiple advanced training sessions to stay up to date on the latest injection techniques and safety protocols.
Jalynn prioritizes creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for every patient. She values the importance of first impressions and believes that building a strong connection is key to a successful patient-provider relationship. Safety is also a top priority—she ensures that every patient in her care feels confident and secure throughout their treatment journey.
Her favorite treatment is full facial balancing, as she believes in creating harmony within facial anatomy. When it comes to skincare, she swears by Skinbetter, particularly their retinol and vitamin C products. She also loves resurfacing laser treatments to complement previous filler injections.
Outside of work, Jalynn enjoys staying active by going on long walks with her husband and dogs and attending Pilates sessions weekly to decompress. She also has a passion for travel and loves exploring new destinations on her bucket list.

Nicole Aleah Ayers-Steere, RN is an aesthetic nurse at SkinSpirit Rice Village who is known for her attention to detail and commitment to subtle, natural enhancement. She ensures that every patient feels involved and confident throughout their aesthetic treatment plan, taking a thoughtful and collaborative approach to care.
Nicole holds an Associate Degree in Applied Science and is a Registered Nurse (RN). Her favorite treatments are facial balancing and lip filler, as they allow her to blend anatomy and artistry to create harmony within a patient’s features. She values how small, intentional adjustments can enhance confidence while still looking completely natural.
When it comes to skincare, Nicole’s must-have product is SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic. She considers it a game changer for brightening, antioxidant protection, and long-term skin health, helping patients achieve healthy, radiant, and glowing skin.
Nicole loves what she does because it allows her to use both her medical training and artistic eye to bring balance to someone’s features—and seeing that confidence reflected back in her patients is the most rewarding part of her work.
Outside of the clinic, Nicole enjoys spending time in nature, attending Pilates classes, cooking, and making memories with her family and friends.
As a practitioner, Sabrina prioritizes having an honest and open approach with all her clients. Her number one priority is making all her clients feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire appointment.
Sabrina earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Sam Houston State University and currently works as an Aesthetic Nurse Specialist at SkinSpirit Rice Village. She loves her work because she is passionate about giving her clients the confidence they need. Her favorite treatment is facial balancing. She truly believes that beauty is balance!
When not at work, Sabrina loves to spend time outdoors explore new places around the city, traveling and/or indulging in selfcare!
Sabrina Herrera, BSN, RN: Sabrina specializes in facial balancing, believing firmly that "beauty is balance." She uses an honest, open approach focused on making clients feel comfortable while boosting their confidence.
Zara Tariq is a nationally certified Nurse Practitioner and internationally trained injector with over 10 years of experience in aesthetic medicine. A graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, where she earned both her BSN and MSN, Zara has been featured in Voyage Houston and Bold Journey Magazine for her expertise and artistry in aesthetics. She is known for delivering natural yet transformative results that leave others guessing by combining medical precision with an artistic eye.
Zara specializes in creating natural results through a combination approach using neurotoxins, fillers, and regenerative treatments. Her favorite procedure to perform is hyperdilute Radiesse for the neck, an often-overlooked area that can beautifully restore skin firmness and texture. Her must-have skincare product is Plated Skin Science, which she loves for its regenerative properties and ability to support healthy, radiant skin. A firm believer in combination therapy, she often incorporates lasers, microneedling, and skincare to help patients achieve long-lasting results.
Outside of work, Zara enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 year old son, traveling, and finding balance as a mom through self-care and creativity. She is passionate about helping every patient feel confident, refreshed, and naturally glam.
