Alenka Hadziomerovic holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is a Certified Surgical Technologist with over 14 years of experience in the aesthetic field. She has worked alongside some of the most recognized plastic surgeons in Atlanta, gaining extensive anatomical knowledge from her training in both Facial Plastic Surgery and Ophthalmology. This background allows her to fully understand the aging process. Beyond her medical expertise, Alenka is also an art lover, and her natural sense of symmetry and balance enhances her work. She combines her artistic talent with fillers and neurotoxins to achieve beautiful, natural results for her clients.
Alenka's favorite treatment is full-face rejuvenation, using neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and biostimulatory treatments to create stunning, natural-looking results. Her go-to skincare product is ZO Skin Health, which she believes is perfect for maintaining skin health for all skin types and conditions.
Passionate about helping her clients feel their best, Alenka loves bringing out their confidence through personalized aesthetic treatments. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, drawing and painting, salsa dancing, and going on medical mission trips. A fun fact about Alenka: she’s 4'11", speaks with an Eastern European accent, and is obsessed with Nutella!

James is a dedicated physician assistant with a passion for cosmetic medicine. He completed his bachelors of science at The Ohio State University and his Physician Assistant Master’s at South University in Savannah, Georgia. Upon completing his education, James joined the United States Army. After his stint serving his country, James began his cosmetic medical career working in cosmetic dermatology in New York City.
In 2015, James returned to Georgia to continue his passion for cosmetic medicine, working in plastic surgery and aesthetics. James has extensive experience with injectable treatments including Botox, Sculptra, and dermal fillers. He has received training through Allergan, Merz, Galderma, and is a Master Injector.
James has a true passion for art and aesthetic balance. He strives above all else to create a very natural result for his patients. James believes if one can tell someone has had something done, it wasn’t done right. “The best work should not be seen.” James has extensive experience working with all skin tones. He is a great communicator with his patients, making sure he fully aligns his vision with their own. “Nothing makes me happier than using my talent to bring happiness to others.”
James Herzberger, PA - James is a Master Injector with a background in cosmetic dermatology and plastic surgery, offering advanced injectable treatments at SkinSpirit. A former Army PA, James combines precision, artistry, and a commitment to subtle, natural-looking results to help every patient feel confident and aligned with their aesthetic goals.
