Allison (Ally) Hsu, DNP, FNP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner at SkinSpirit Burlingame with a passion for delivering natural, balanced aesthetic results. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Samuel Merritt University, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from San Francisco State University, and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Davis.

Carlos Nusenovich is an internationally trained aesthetic nurse with extensive experience in dermatology and plastic surgery. After earning his bachelor’s in nursing in Portugal, he spent several years in Switzerland, where he worked in both specialties while also pursuing graduate studies at the University of Geneva.
Fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and French, Carlos connects effortlessly with patients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring they feel heard and cared for throughout their aesthetic journey.

Cody Lynn Bennight became a registered nurse to specialize in aesthetic nursing upon completing her Bachelor's in Nursing from San Francisco State University in 2016. Her background as a licensed esthetician since 2004 and her passion for skin health has driven her through advanced training in Allergan (Botox, Juvederm, Kybella) and Galderma (Dysport, Restylane) and even a different side of skin in the WOC (Wound, Ostomy, Continence) program at Cleveland Clinic.
Cody Lynn takes a holistic approach to skin health- and that starts at home. Home care is just as important as getting advanced treatments with SkinSpirit to take care of your skin and maintain what we can treat. One of her favorite treatments is laser resurfacing but she believes in multiple modalities to optimize results from each treatment.

Leveraging her keen eye for aesthetic detail and beauty, for the last 3 years Haley's vision has been to combine state of the art science with the best results to restore, build, and accentuate her clients' natural beauty and poise.

Krystal Shin has been a board-certified Physician Assistant for 5 years. Krystal earned her Bachelor in Science in Biochemistry and Cell-Biology from the University of California San Diego and her Dual Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies and Public Health from Touro University in California. She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the San Francisco Bay Area Physician Assistants.
As an experienced aesthetic provider she specializes in facial rejuvenation and prides herself in taking a natural approach to enhance a patient's facial features. Krystal enjoys building relationships with her patients when creating personalized treatment plans because she knows great skin is a commitment. Michelle is a board certified Nurse Practitioner with a specialization as a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS). Her experience in the field spans nearly 13 years, during which she has finely honed her skills as an aesthetic injector. Holding the position of National Trainer for both Galderma and Allergan Aesthetics, along with private trainings the responsibilities include spearheading comprehensive training programs, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and staying at the forefront of cutting-edge advancements in the field of aesthetic medicine. Michelle has a passion for teaching, a fervor for continual learning and a strong commitment to collaborative efforts with fellow injectors. She also practices in the clinic as an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner lead with SkinSpirit in Burlingame, CA. Michelle earned her bachelors in science at UC Davis and Masters in Nursing at San Francisco State.
In addition to her professional accolades, Michelle has been elected as a distinguished member of the SkinSpirit Medical Board, contributing her expertise to the faculty Education, Safety, and Training Committees. Furthermore, Michelle takes the lead in conducting numerous injectable training sessions for SkinSpirit. Michelle is the host and creator of the "Aesthetics Unfiltered" podcast, set to launch this fall. The podcast focuses on current trends and educational content in the field of medical aesthetics.
Michelle possesses a distinct fondness for Sculptra, having dedicated over eight years to proficiently administering the treatment. Her enthusiasm lies in natural collagen-boosting procedures, and she stands at the forefront of Sculptra trainings in the Bay Area. Michelle remains available as a mentor for her trainees whenever needed.
Her professional passions revolve around education, continual learning, and the art of aesthetic injections. Tara Gilmartin, MSN, FNP-C, may not have started her career in aesthetics, but she always knew that's where she'd end up.
After graduating from University of Southern California with a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics and Law in 2011, Tara decided to pursue her Masters of Science in Nursing at Samuel Merritt University in 2015, and received board certification from American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
She began working as a Nurse Practitioner in women's health/OBGYN after graduation, but after having her first child, Tara knew it was time to pursue her passion. It was then that she made the switch to medical aesthetics.
"As an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, my goal is to provide natural, effective anti-aging treatments to allow patients to age gracefully both in their appearance and in their souls,"- says Tara. "I love what I do."
When she's not at the clinic, Tara, a Bay Area native, stays busy chasing her young kids (4 and 2), husband, and golden retriever around!

Van is a board-certified physician assistant with over 6 years of experience in medical aesthetics and plastic surgery. She is a California native and completed her undergraduate education in physiological sciences at UCLA in 2012 and continued on to pursue her Master of Medical Science at Arcadia University, graduating with honors in 2014.
As a physician assistant with a background in plastic surgery, Van combines her extensive knowledge of anatomy with meticulous technique for natural and beautiful outcomes. She continuously seeks opportunities for advanced education and training to be able to offer her patients optimal results.
While Van is experienced with many injectables, lasers, and nonsurgical procedures, her favorite treatment is Botox because of its ability to dramatically soften fine lines and artistically shape facial features with minimal downtime.

Van Cam, PA: With over six years of experience from plastic surgery and medical aesthetics, Van Cam, PA, uses her deep anatomical knowledge for meticulous, natural results at SkinSpirit Burlingame and Noe Valley. She favors a global approach, educating patients and using treatments like Botox to artistically shape features.
