Kathy Shay earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Salisbury University in Maryland. She now holds over 23 years of experience in cosmetic dermatology and specializes in cosmetic laser treatments.
Kathy has specialized in laser hair removal throughout her career and has extensive knowledge and experience with multiple lasers and treating all skin types. Kathy loves to perform laser treatments because the results boost her clients self confidence and improve their quality of life.
Kathy is passionate about her work, as she loves to make others happy, improve their confidence, and improve the quality of their skin!
Outside of work, Kathy enjoys spending time with her husband and 5 kids at home in VA. She loves to travel and especially enjoys being near the beach!
Kathy Shay, RN - With over 23 years specializing in cosmetic dermatology, Kathy is SkinSpirit Georgetown's laser expert. She has extensive experience performing laser hair removal on all skin types, loving how these treatments boost confidence and improve quality of life.
Clinical skin expert and board-certified FNP, Norah Clair Gourlay brings over two decades of progressive clinical expertise to her role as Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner at SkinSpirit.
A specialist in cosmetic injections and laser resurfacing treatments, Norah got her introduction to aesthetic nursing by assisting during complex plastic surgery and laser procedures, where she was able to perfect her technique and approach. She went on to launch her career at the Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC, where she worked in the cardiac operating room as Clinical Nurse Manager. An aesthetic nurse specialist since 2013, Norah received her Master's degree in nursing administration from George Mason University and graduated from The George Washington University nurse practitioner program, where she focused on family medicine.
Norah has advanced training in injectables from the Academy of Facial Esthetics and the Academy for Injection Anatomy and is a member of the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses, American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau, International Honor Society of Nursing.
A firm believer that rejuvenation and revitalization begin with a whole-body approach, Norah takes a curated treatment approach that fits each patient's lifestyle and will help them achieve their aesthetic goals in a natural yet compelling way.
When not she's not helping patients at SkinSpirit, Norah can be found in a yoga or Pilates class, playing golf, relaxing at the beach, or hitting the ski slopes with her family.
Norah Gourlay, NP - Norah brings over two decades of clinical experience, from cardiac OR management to aesthetic specialization (since 2013), to SkinSpirit Georgetown. She takes a curated, whole-body approach using injectables and lasers for natural, compelling results.
Quinn completed her undergraduate studies at LMU and pursued graduate school at ISU, earning her credentials as a Physician Assistant with a degree in Biology.
What sets Quinn apart is her belief that beauty lies in embracing individuality and enhancing what makes each person unique. She sees aging as a journey that can be celebrated with the right aesthetic treatments, aiming to help her patients feel confident, refreshed, and radiant at every stage of life. Her goal is to enhance natural beauty while maintaining a timeless, youthful appearance.
Her favorite treatments include injectables, laser resurfacing, and microneedling with RF, which provide natural, undetectable results that enhance her patients' appearance while maintaining a youthful, refreshed look. Quinn is also a huge fan of Alastin skincare, a brand she trusts for its ability to cater to all skin types and promote optimal results, especially after procedures.
Quinn finds immense joy in helping her patients feel their best and seeing their happiness when they achieve their desired outcomes. Outside of work, she enjoys soaking up the sun, practicing tennis, reading a good book, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Quinn Luster, PA-C - Quinn everages her background in dermatology and plastic surgery rotations to deliver natural results with a refined touch. Also a clinical instructor for InMode (Morpheus), she excels in injectables and skin resurfacing, focusing on achieving optimal balance.
