Dr. Beth Holt is a board-certified naturopathic physician and medical aesthetics expert with nearly nine years of dedicated experience helping women in perimenopause and menopause reclaim their radiance and confidence through wellness and advanced aesthetic treatments.

Dr. Holt earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from Arizona State University and her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Sonoran University. Her own journey with hormonal acne sparked a profound passion for hormone balancing and treating women from the inside out. This personal experience fuels her commitment to supporting women through the transformative years of perimenopause and menopause, when declining estrogen accelerates facial aging in ways that affect both appearance and self-assurance.

In her aesthetics practice since 2017, Dr. Holt has pursued extensive advanced training with a strong emphasis on safety and facial anatomy. She is especially passionate about the visible changes that occur in the face during the 40s and 50s: rapid collagen loss (up to 30% in the first five years of menopause), thinning and drier skin, reduced elasticity, volume depletion, and gradual sagging. She loves guiding women through these shifts with personalized strategies and targeted aesthetic solutions.

Dr. Holt excels at creating natural-looking rejuvenation by layering effective tools: medical-grade skincare to support the skin barrier and hydration, laser treatments to stimulate collagen remodeling and improve texture and tone, and biostimulatory injectables like Sculptra that actively rebuild the body’s own collagen “banks” over time. In 2024, Dr. Holt married her husband in the beautiful Glencoe, Scotland, and the couple relocated to the Pacific Northwest, where they now call Portland home along with their two beloved Boston Terriers.

Linné Linder is a board-certified naturopathic physician and aesthetic medicine expert with more than a decade of experience helping patients look refreshed, natural and authentically themselves. She practices at SkinSpirit in Lake Oswego, where she combines her medical expertise with a thoughtful, long-term approach to facial aging, skin health and regenerative aesthetics.

Dr. Linder is particularly passionate about natural-looking results and treatments that support the skin's own ability to build collagen and improve quality over time. Rather than simply adding volume or treating individual lines and wrinkles, she takes a strategic approach to facial aging that considers skin quality, facial structure, collagen preservation and how the face will continue to evolve over time.

Her areas of expertise include neuromodulators, dermal fillers, Sculptra, PRF and other regenerative approaches, collagen-stimulating treatments, PDO threads and energy-based technologies. She believes the best aesthetic medicine should help patients look like the healthiest, most vibrant version of themselves—not like they have “had work done.”

In addition to treating patients, Dr. Linder serves as Medical Faculty for SkinSpirit, where she educates and trains advanced aesthetic providers. She is also a nationally recognized speaker and educator, having presented at AMSPA three times on topics including regenerative aesthetics and women's health, weight management and longevity.

Her interest in aging well extends beyond aesthetics. Dr. Linder is passionate about helping women navigate the changes of midlife through nutrition, movement, body composition, lifestyle and longevity strategies. She is the author of The Forever Fat Burner and founder of Journey Toward Joy, an educational platform dedicated to helping women become healthier, stronger and more vibrant as they age.

Dr. Linder has practiced aesthetic medicine in the Portland area since 2015 and serves patients throughout Lake Oswego and the surrounding Portland metro communities. Megan Monroe is a dedicated aesthetic nurse known for her commitment to building meaningful relationships with her patients. She finds great fulfillment in seeing patients regularly and helping them achieve their aesthetic goals throughout various life stages. By fostering trust, she gains insight into each patient's unique journey, allowing her to deliver results that enhance confidence and maintain each patient’s natural authenticity.

Sculptra is a close second, celebrated for its subtle but impactful results.
