Ariane Sanchez is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix. She brings a broad foundation in healthcare to her work, with experience in primary care and in caregiving for adults with developmental disabilities, before focusing her practice on medical aesthetics. Ariane is committed to building trusting, long-term relationships with her clients and creating a welcoming environment where they feel truly heard and supported.
Believing in delivering results that are refined, subtle, and individualized, Ariane views aesthetic treatments as a way to enhance each client’s natural beauty while honoring what makes them unique. With a careful, artistic eye and a thoughtful, evidence-based approach, she enjoys combining different modalities to achieve smooth, seamless results. Dawa Gangshar is a board-certified Physician Assistant and Bay Area native with experience in both medical and cosmetic dermatology. She earned an undergraduate degree in Integrative Biology from University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Clinical Medical Science from Barry University in Miami.
Dawa is known for her meticulous technique, eye for natural aesthetics, and commitment to evidence-based skin care. Her approach is personalized and results-driven, with a focus on maintaining skin health while delivering refreshed, natural-looking outcomes. Among her favorite treatments is Botox, which she calls the “Swiss Army knife” of aesthetics for its ability to lift, relax, and subtly harmonize facial features at any age.
Patients highlight her calm, thoughtful presence and her emphasis on education and transparency throughout the treatment process. She is deeply passionate about helping individuals feel confident in their skin at every stage of life. Outside the clinic, Dawa enjoys hiking with her Samoyed, practicing Tibetan dance, and spending quiet afternoons immersed in a good book.

With over 10 years of experience in aesthetics, Heidi brings expertise and passion to what she does. Prior to her work as a registered nurse, Heidi earned degrees from the University of California Davis (BA) and the Medical University of South Carolina (BSN, summa cum laude), and spent several years becoming a skillful clinical esthetician. This unique background gives her a deep understanding of both skin health and patient-centered care.
Heidi feels that a strong patient-provider connection is vital and takes pride in building trust. She believes that aesthetic treatments are about more than just appearance- they can inspire positive changes in her patients' lives. She works with her patients to discuss their goals and create a personalized plan to bring out their most radiant and confident self.
As a practitioner, Heidi’s ultimate goal is to help her patients navigate healthy and graceful aging while still celebrating the things that make each person unique. Heidi's approach favors natural-looking results, often combining treatments over time for the most impactful outcome. Hillary Mills is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a decade of experience ranging from inpatient cardiac surgery to outpatient reproductive medicine. Hillary received her Master's degree after graduating magna cum laude at Pace University in New York City.
Throughout her years in aesthetic nursing, Hillary has received advanced training in cosmetic injectables, CoolSculpting, various laser treatments, and ultrasound and RF skin tightening.
Hillary is passionate about helping her clients achieve natural-looking results, while also providing patients with realistic expectations. She believes in the power of using modern, state-of-the-art treatments to enhance and accentuate her client's natural beauty. Patient education and extensive knowledge of skincare products are among Hillary's greatest strengths as a clinical provider.
After six years in Manhattan, Hillary relocated to the Bay Area in 2015. She enjoys spending time with her son and two animals, along with traveling, skiing, and exploring the Bay Area.
