Kayla's intuitive approach allows her to connect with clients to help them achieve the results they envision. With her passion for wellness and education, Kayla strives to provide safe and personalized one-on-one quality care to her clients. She aims to help clients enhance their natural beauty so they can lead their life with confidence. Her philosophy is that when you feel good about yourself, you feel good about the world around you.
Kayla holds two years of experience as an RN in a variety of specialties including Dialysis and Neurology. Her artistic background and science-based education lead her to the left-brain right-brain synergy of aesthetics. She joins SkinSpirit while working towards her BSN at the University of Iowa.
Outside of work and school, Kayla enjoys exploring the Bay Area, hiking, working out, and spending time with friends and family.
Kayla Freitas, RN: Kayla combines an artistic background with science-based nursing. She uses an intuitive approach focused on wellness and education to enhance natural beauty and confidence because �when you feel good about yourself, you feel good about the world around you.�
Kelly Meaux is a seasoned Nurse Practitioner with two decades of medical experience and training. She specializes in non-surgical treatments that deliver natural-looking results, and she is consistently recognized as one of the top anti-aging experts in San Francisco.
Kelly earned her B.S. in Nursing from the University of Central Florida and her M.S. in Nursing from Texas Woman's University. After graduation, she worked in Cardiology and the Intensive Care Unit before moving into primary care as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Kelly went on to receive advanced training in facial rejuvenation from Dr. Sam Naficy, one of the top facial plastic surgeons in the United States. Prior to SkinSpirit, Kelly served as Clinical Director at Golden Gate Skin Center and as an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner at Gentle Star Medical Spa. She continuously receives advanced training from major aesthetic companies for BOTOX Cosmetic, dermal fillers, and innovative laser/light treatments.
Kelly is passionate about helping her clients feel better about themselves by enhancing their natural beauty. Her clients appreciate how calming their treatments can be with her, even for injections. She takes her time with each client to make sure they never feel rushed. To say Kelly loves her job is an understatement. When asked by her husband how her day was at work, she often replies, "Great! I feel like I spent the day with friends."
Kelly Meaux, NP: Enhancing natural beauty for 20 years, Kelly believes in creating a relaxed experience where clients feel like friends and are never rushed. She applies this warm, calming approach to her aesthetic practice at SkinSpirit Oakland - Montclair and Presidio Heights.
Kristine Coffaro, MSN, FNP, graduated from Samuel Merritt University before launching her career in medical aesthetics. From the beginning, her natural intuition and background as an artist has helped her stand out as a practitioner and better connect with her patient's aesthetic needs.
"I love building lasting relationships with my patients in an innovative profession that merges art and science," she says.
While Kristine gets excited about various treatments, she really likes injecting filler as she appreciates the artistic element. She also loves doing Morpheus8 treatments, a collagen boosting treatment that improves the firmness of the skin through a combination of micro-needling and radiofrequency.
Outside of SkinSpirit, Kristine is also a passionate ceramicist who spends her free time creating pottery for the home. She also loves cooking, music, vintage shopping, and taking her 3 dogs on walks.
Kristine Coffaro (Meister), BSN, RN: Kristine merges her background as an artist (and passionate ceramicist) with medical aesthetics. She particularly enjoys the artistic element of injecting fillers and utilizing advanced collagen-boosting treatments like Morpheus8.
A graduate of Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, Morgan Eiler, BSN, RN, takes an honest, science-backed approach to helping her patients achieve their personal goals and ensure they're comfortable in the treatment room.
"I love creating personal confidence with my work because when you look your best, you will feel your best!" says Morgan. While Morgan will tap into various modalities within her toolkit, Botox/Dysport is one of her favorites. "I love how diverse the product is, and how it not only has aesthetic purposes, but medical as well!" she says. "I always love to educate younger clients on Botox for early prevention because it is so important!"
Outside of SkinSpirit, Morgan is a frenchie mom of three and a (newly) aspiring roller skater! You'll often find her eating her way around town, singing to any song she knows (even in the grocery store), or napping with her frenchie babies!
Morgan Eiler, BSN, RN: Morgan takes an honest science-backed approach, aiming to boost personal confidence because "when you look your best, you feel your best!" She enjoys educating clients, especially younger ones, on the preventive and versatile benefits of treatments like Botox/Dysport.
The intersection of science and beauty inspired Samsara Sterling to pursue a career in medical aesthetics. Samsara graduated in 2014 with a BSN from Western Governors University School of Nursing in Salt Lake City, Utah and has more than a decade’s worth of experience injecting. She is also a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist credentialed by the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses (ISPAN).
Samsara is committed to delivering high quality and natural looking results. With her attention to detail and genuine care for her clients, Samsara's interest in medical aesthetics is also firmly rooted in the belief that her clients always feel safe in her hands.
Samsara eagerly looks forward to utilizing her wealth of knowledge in Botox and dermal fillers to enhance and rejuvenate each of her clients' natural beauty through achievable and amazing results. She also loves bio-stimulatory treatments and regenerative therapies like Sculptra and Radiesse. She takes pride in her ability to develop customizable treatment plans for each of her clients while managing their optimal beauty expectations.
As a current Nurse Practitioner Student, Samsara spends much of her time studying and spending time frequently with her family. Outside of the clinic, she also enjoys gardening, cooking, travelling, entertaining, learning and networking.
Samsara Sterling, BSN, RN, CANS: Samsara brings over a decade of injecting experience and national certification (CANS). She delivers high-quality, natural results using Botox, fillers, and advanced biostimulatory treatments like Sculptra, always prioritizing patient safety and detailed care.
Sarah is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania. She has a background in bedside nursing, having started her career as an oncology nurse, where she learned the importance of creating meaningful connections with patients while providing professional care. Her passion for injections led her to transition into aesthetic nursing, where she has found her true calling. Sarah emphasizes education, has an eye for detail, and is known for her gentle hand, which helps create a relaxing and comfortable experience for her patients.
Her favorite treatment is Botox, which she uses not only for its cosmetic benefits but also for its impact on migraines and muscle tension. Having experienced improvement in both her skin and overall well-being, Sarah has seen firsthand the anti-aging and therapeutic effects of neuromodulators.
She swears by Colorescience All Calm Clinical Redness Corrector SPF 50 to help manage redness in her skin while offering protection from UVA and UVB rays. As someone who wasn’t always diligent about sun protection, this product has made incorporating sunscreen into her routine an easy and enjoyable task.
Sarah loves the creative aspect of her work, whether it’s balancing facial features with filler, strategically placing neuromodulators, or collaborating with patients to create personalized skincare plans. Above all, she loves helping her patients look and feel their best.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys tending to her hundreds of houseplants, spending time with her cats in the garden, and seeking out river spots for adventures on hot days.
Sarah Goodheart, RN: Transitioning from oncology nursing, Sarah brings empathy and an eye for detail. Known for her gentle hand, she focuses on patient education and enjoys the creative aspect of balancing features with injectables like her favorite, Botox.
Tiffany received her Master’s degree in Nursing Case Management from Samuel Merrritt University in 2013. Before beginning her career in aesthetics, she worked as a nurse case manager for 10 years in various healthcare systems and has worked in different specialties with diverse patient populations.
Tiffany has always had a passion for both art and science and remembered wondering in high school what career she could pursue that would marry the two…enter medical aesthetics! Upon learning more about the field, she realized being an aesthetic practitioner is the career she has always dreamed of. She loves connecting with her clients and helping them feel confident in their own skin.
Tiffany takes a holistic approach to skin fitness. She believes in providing personalized and comprehensive care, with a focus on achieving natural-looking results that enhances her client’s unique beauty. A foundational skincare regiment while incorporating multiple treatment modalities is the key to optimal results. By educating her clients and including them in the discussion regarding their treatment plan, they can feel empowered and make informed decisions about their skin health. Two of her favorite treatments are Botox and Microneedling.
Outside of work, you can find Tiffany enjoying time with family, chasing her toddler around, and trying the latest food hotspots!
