Lauren Cimber is a board certified family nurse practitioner with 10+ years of clinical nursing experience. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California Baptist University in 2014 and began her career working in the nursing float pool. This experience gave her the opportunity to care for patients on all units in the hospital, ranging from newborn babies on the labor and delivery unit, to end of life care on the oncology unit. This experience was foundational for Lauren and gave her a great respect for the beauty and sacredness found in every phase of life. She then paired her love for travel and nursing together by working as a cardiac travel nurse while following her husband around the country as he pursued his Major League Baseball career.

Lauren’s love for skincare and aesthetic medicine began in her early teen years. Her personal struggles with acne sparked an interest in dermatology and the power of combining modalities to tackle stubborn acne. She strongly believes skin health should not only be managed topically with medical grade skincare and aesthetic treatments, but holistically with an emphasis on examining diet, lifestyle, and hormonal factors that affect the integrity of our skin. She began working in the field of medical aesthetics in Scottsdale, Arizona in 2020 where she acquired her foundation of knowledge on neurotoxins, dermal fillers, lasers, sculptra, kybella, and skincare. Her passion for continued personal growth led her to further her education at Georgetown University and earn her Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2021.

Overall, Lauren loves building confidence and empowering people to look and feel like the best versions of themselves. She is honored to be trusted by her clients with the opportunity to serve as a conduit for building confidence through medical aesthetic treatments. Lauren is devoted to continuous learning and training, so she can provide the best treatment plan for each client.

Lauren has a strong passion for laser-based treatments, particularly IPL and laser resurfacing, because she believes these to be highly impactful treatments for the right candidates.

Lauren’s favorite product is SkinMedica retinol or “botox in a bottle” as she likes to call it. She believes it should be a core part of your skincare routines, as it diminishes the appearance of fine lines, while also enhancing skin tone, texture, and resiliency.

Outside of work, you can find Lauren spending time with her husband, two kids, and two bernedoodle fur babies. Lauren loves exploring the beauty of the PNW. She loves hiking, gardening, yoga, live music, cooking, DIY projects, and travel. She loves learning, a good challenge, and having fun along the way!

Mackenzie Englund is an aesthetic nurse currently practicing in Seattle, Washington. She received her education from the University of Florida, graduating in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She is also pursuing a master’s degree as a Women’s Health Nursing Practitioner, which she will complete in early 2025. Prior to becoming an aesthetic nurse, she worked in women’s health as a Board-Certified Lactation Consultant before transitioning to a role in plastic surgery. It was in her plastic surgery position that she was introduced to the world of aesthetics and fell in love with the field.

Since becoming a full-time injector in 2022, Mackenzie has trained with many industry leaders throughout the country, working to perfect her technique. She has a true passion for learning and strives to provide safe and cutting-edge treatments to her patients. With her background in women’s health and plastic surgery, she takes a holistic approach to the aging process, providing patients with comprehensive treatment plans to achieve their aesthetic goals. She believes the best results are achieved using multiple modalities in unison, such as neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, lasers, and skincare. Mackenzie aims to honor and enhance the natural beauty of each patient, allowing them to age with grace and confidence. The ability to make someone feel beautiful in their own skin is why she loves being a nurse injector.

Mackenzie's favorite treatment to provide is neuromodulators. Botox is the cornerstone of her aesthetic practice, as it can make an incredible difference with the proper treatment. Her favorite skincare product is the Alastin HydraTint, which gives a natural glow to the skin while protecting against sun damage. In her free time, she loves going to the beach, traveling, and spending time with friends, family, and her two dachshunds.

Pinky has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Seattle University and started her nursing career working in general surgery, otolaryngology and neurosurgery at UW Medical Center. With 10 years of experience as an medical aesthetic practitioner, Pinky has established herself as an expert by educating her peers as an Allergan ACE Trainer for Botox and Juvederm. In 2017, Pinky was named among RealSelf's Most Loved Injectors, ranking in the top 6 injectors in the West Coast, and top 25 injectors in the Nation.

Pinky's personal approach to aesthetics is to enhance a client's natural beauty and uniqueness, whether it's by restoring volume loss with dermal fillers, or reversing the signs of sun damage/wrinkles with laser treatments and Botox. "I do this by taking the whole person into consideration when I do my assessment, and make treatment recommendations based on what will help my clients to look and feel their very best. I believe an integrated approach that includes Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments and skin care yields the best results. As a medical practitioner, I like to educate my clients about their options so they can make the best treatment decisions to meet their personal goals."

Renee Vonpressentin, BSN, RN, CANS has been practicing in medical aesthetics since 2020 with a passion for empowering her patients to feel confident and beautiful in their skin. She received her Bachelor’s in Science and Nursing from the University of Washington with a background in telemetry as a bedside nurse.

Renee helps each of her patients address their individual skin care needs through a range of cosmetic treatments offered at SkinSpirit. With an emphasis on natural looking results and providing education for her patients each step of the way.

One of her favorite treatments to offer is dermal fillers - a mixture of science and art to create balance and harmony to the face.

Outside of work, Renee enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling with family and friends.

Yvette del Fierro has been in medical aesthetics since 2005. Yvette started out as a medical assistant at a cosmetic dermatology office, before putting herself into nursing school. After graduating from Bellevue College in 2016, she immediately transitioned into an Aesthetic Nurse Injector and has been loving this career ever since.

Yvette's approach to aesthetics is to produce results that make you FEEL your best. She strives to achieve the most youthful and natural results. You'll often hear her tell her clients, "anti-aging is selfcare!" To Yvette, cosmetic injecting is a passion, and an art.

Her favorite treatment is full volume restoration - sometimes known as a "liquid face lift" - a procedure that provides transformative results.

Fun Fact: Growing up, nursing was always Yvette's first career choice, but her second option was to become a local news anchor.

Outside of work, you can find Yvette and her husband cheering for their son at his baseball tournaments, or trying to learn dance moves from their daughter. "I also love love love to cook for my friends and family," says Yvette. "Food is definitely part of my love language."
