Connie Brennan, NP-BC, APRN, AGNP-BC, PHN, CANS, CPSN, CPC, ISPAN-F is a board-certified nurse practitioner, and aesthetic pioneer, who balances cutting-edge science and art with compassionate holistic evidenced-based regenerative medical patient care. Connie Brennan has dedicated the last 30+ years in the regenerative aesthetic and intégrative health medical specialty and is pleased to partner with Skin Spirit in Wayzata, MN, maintaining pristine patient care and elite team talent development.

Connie’s history of experience includes a passion for the aesthetic and regenerative medical specialty. She is the President/Founder of Aesthetic Enhancement Solutions, LLC (an education-focused company), Connie, created and developed the patented ConnieTray®, the Aesthetic Anatomy Coach flip chart, and S.T.A.R. Anatomy Posters. Her company partners with leading aesthetic businesses, such as Allergan, Galderma, Merz, Palette, Revance, and RVL Pharmaceuticals to educate and mentor fellow peers as well as create educational curriculum for larger scale. Connie has served as the Aesthetic Education Director at Life Time Aesthetic Center, creating the first year-long apprentice program in our region as well as ongoing mentoring and educating the team of aesthetic specialists. Connie is very passionate about education and has been instrumental in the piloting and development of the first nationally recognized certification exam for aesthetic nurses (Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist – CANS) offered by the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses (ISPAN).

As a young woman, Connie began her aesthetic journey as an entrepreneur and photographer. Her dual passion for the arts and medicine led to opening a portrait studio while she pursued medical education. With an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for aesthetic injectables, Connie began working with plastic surgeons in 1988 and became one of the first nurses in Minnesota to be trained in bovine collagen (1994) and botulinum toxin (Botox®; 1997) injection technique (i.e., prior to FDA’s approval of Botox® Cosmetic in 2002).

Over the course of 30+ years in aesthetics, Connie has had many roles which include operating room (surgical) scrub, circulating nurse, recovery room nurse, clinical photographer, clinical manager,

Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) officer, aesthetic injection specialist, educator, mentor, member of multiple organizational boards, faculty speaker, aesthetic curriculum developer, task force member for aesthetic exam development, co-author of the Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) exam, manuscript reviewer, author of 25+ peer-reviewed aesthetic articles, member of several aesthetic and professional associations, licensed in 11 states, certified as a nurse practitioner.

Julia Brennan is a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN, BSN) with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Rasmussen University (2021) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Minnesota State University, Mankato (2023).

Julia’s approach to aesthetics is rooted in empathy. She understands that we are often our own harshest critics and takes pride in helping clients see their true beauty. "It’s amazing to witness how a standard aesthetic procedure can make a significant impact on someone’s confidence and self-perception," she says. Her favorite treatment is neuromodulator injections, which she loves for their ability to enhance expressions and boost confidence.

Driven by a passion for helping others feel like the best version of themselves, Julia is committed to providing exceptional care and personalized treatment plans. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active at the gym, relaxing at home with her dog, or trying new restaurants with her foodie fiancé. SKINSPIRIT - WAYZATA

With nearly 25 years in the cosmetic industry, Keely Manion is a passionate practitioner dedicated to highlighting her patients' natural beauty. She holds a BSN from Research College of Nursing, a BS in Kinesiology from Kansas State University, an esthetician licensure from St. Paul College, and is a Revance GurU Trainer. Known for her natural-looking results, Keely uses her deep understanding of anatomy, the aging process, and expert technique to deliver optimal outcomes for her clients. She also enjoys training and learning from fellow injectors in the industry.

Her favorite treatment is filler injections, which she loves for the instant confidence boost it gives her clients when they see the "wow" results in the mirror. She also swears by SkinMedica TNS Advanced+ Serum, a "one and done" skincare product that softens fine lines, improves skin tone, and stimulates collagen for a more youthful appearance.

Outside of work, Keely enjoys life as a newlywed, spending time with her husband boating on Lake Minnetonka and enjoying the freedom of being empty nesters. She has two children attending Arizona State University, whom she visits frequently. In her free time, she loves working out at the gym, spending time with her girlfriends, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, though her husband's loyalty to the Minnesota Vikings keeps their football season full of friendly rivalry.

Savannah holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and is a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) candidate, set to take her boards soon. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN), a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (BA), and an Advanced Practice Aesthetician Certification from St. Paul College.

Savannah brings an unparalleled passion and enthusiasm to her field of aesthetics. This is evident through her ongoing pursuit of continual education so that she can provide safety and the most current aesthetic treatments for her clients. As a Registered Nurse Practitioner and a licensed advanced practice Medical Aesthetician, she has an extensive background in aesthetic business, skin care, and injectables.

Savannah enjoys assisting her clients with personalized care by developing a customized aesthetics plan that fits their goals, lifestyle, and budget. Educating clients is a priority for Savannah. As a life-long learner, she has spent six years of university education preparing for the role of an injectable nurse and has completed over 700 hours of training in aesthetic practice. She continues to expand her knowledge with hands-on training, conferences, self-study, and mentoring under one of the top aesthetic nurses in the nation.

Her favorite treatment is lips because every time the results are different, with each patient’s natural shape being unique.

Outside of work, Savannah loves to be creative. She started a podcast last year and enjoys singing and writing music. She is also a dog mom to Moose, her little 9-pound Maltipoo.
