She holds credentials as a Registered Nurse (RN), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), and Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS). Known for her ability to connect deeply with her patients, Allison takes pride in creating personalized treatment plans that not only enhance each individual’s natural beauty but also align with their personal goals. Her precision, care, and genuine approach set her apart in the field.
Among the wide range of treatments she offers, Botox is her favorite—she considers it a “magic” tool for its versatility in smoothing fine lines, improving symmetry, reducing sweating, relieving headaches, and enhancing overall facial harmony. George originally hails from Seattle and spent years at SkinSpirit Bellevue Square before relocating to Texas, where he helped launched our Austin clinic. He studied nursing at The University of Washington (Master of Nursing and Bachelor of Arts) and Duke University (Doctor of Nursing Practice). George is currently finishing his MBA at Louisiana State University.
In Seattle, George has coined the phrase "The Northwest Natural Look" to encapsulate the natural aesthetic results his clients desire. He has carried this same aesthetic approach to his clientele in Texas. George's expert technique and personalized approach reflect his understanding of what his clients want: to look better, naturally.
What makes George someone you can trust with your highest aesthetic needs is something that can't be taught: patience, artistic vision and medical expertise. In addition, George focuses on the wellness of his patients and truly believes that lifestyle changes are fundamental in order to sustain good health and an improved quality of life.Perceived inner and outer beauty is equally essential to the wholeness of the individual.

George Baxter-Holder, DNP, MBA, APRN, CANS: Dr. George Baxter-Holder, brings a unique background�including childhood acting on Star Trek � and nearly 10 years of experience with SkinSpirit. George focuses on achieving the "Northwest Natural Look," combining medical expertise, artistic vision, and a focus on overall wellness to help patients look better, naturally.
Sandy is an Aesthetic Physician Assistant who earned her MPAS from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Chicago. She later went on to get certified by NCCPA and licensed through the Texas Medical Board. With over 10 years of experience as an Aesthetic PA-C, she's excited to now be sharing what she's learned and working as a trainer for both Revance and Galderma.
When treating her patients, Sandy likes to focus on a natural, rejuvenated appearance through a comprehensive plan. Her favorite treatment is filler because it allows her to really use her artistic eye. Her main goal is to help her patients feel more confident and beautiful!
Outside of work, you can find Sandy hanging out with friends, spending time with her pets, trying new restaurants, or binge-watching crime shows.
