With over 6 years of experience as a nurse injector, Bailey combines advanced clinical expertise with an artistic eye to deliver natural, balanced, and confidence-enhancing results. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington.
Passionate about full facial balancing, Bailey approaches each treatment with precision and care- enhancing her patients’ unique features while maintaining harmony and authenticity. Known for her gentle technique and attention to detail, she strives to make every patient feel comfortable, educated, and empowered throughout their aesthetic journey. When she’s not at work, she loves to travel with her husband and their fur baby Rufus.
Christina Hawkins, PA-C, is known for her commitment to natural-looking results and open, honest conversations. Hanna Michele Iverson, RN, BSN is an aesthetic nurse at SkinSpirit West Village Dallas, known for her eye for natural, undetectable results and her ability to build trust with each patient she treats. She believes that strong patient relationships are the foundation of great outcomes and takes pride in guiding patients through every step of their aesthetic journey.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of San Francisco and holds credentials as a Registered Nurse (RN, BSN).
Her favorite treatments are Sculptra and EZ Gel, as both work with the body’s natural healing process to create healthier, plumper skin over time. When it comes to skincare, her must-have product is Alastin A-Luminate. As someone who personally struggles with melasma—and treats many patients with melasma and sun damage—she has seen significant improvement in brown spots for both herself and her clients using this product.
She loves what she does because her role allows her to help people feel their best again, supporting them every step of the way. She believes confidence already exists within each person, and her goal is to help bring that confidence to the surface.
Outside of the clinic, she is a devoted dog mom to her three-year-old French Bulldog, Stewie, whom she adores. In her free time, she enjoys taking him on walks, visiting coffee shops, working out, and exploring new restaurants around Dallas.

Payton earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas. With a holistic mindset and an eye for facial harmony, she focuses on creating results that complement each patient’s unique structure while maintaining a soft, effortless look.
Her favorite treatments include lip filler and lower-face neurotoxin, which she loves for their subtle yet transformative ability to refine and balance the lower face while keeping expression natural and fresh.

Rachel is a dedicated RN injector with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from the University of Arkansas. She is passionate and committed to caring for people and addressing their individual needs. She believes in connecting with each patient on a personal level, not only focusing on their aesthetic goals but also taking the time to understand who they are and their unique circumstances. She recognizes that discussing aesthetic goals can feel very vulnerable, and she'd like every patient that sits in her chair to know that they are in a safe place to discuss their goals freely without judgement. Rachel takes great pride in her work and constantly strives for improvement to ensure that she is delivering the safest and best possible results for her patients.
Rachel's favorite treatment is full facial balancing because she views the face as a harmonious canvas. By considering the face as a whole and achieving balance, she can create natural-looking results that enhance the overall appearance. She is passionate about her work because she firmly believes that when individuals feel confident in themselves, there are no limits to what they can achieve.
Outside of work, Rachel is a Jazzercise instructor (leg warmers not included)! She is passionate about traveling and a total foodie. Her greatest joy comes from spending quality time with her husband and two golden retrievers, Maui and Maeve, and they are eagerly anticipating the arrival of their first born in early November!
