Payton Mady, MSN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner who brings a personalized, natural-first approach to aesthetic care. She believes treatments should feel approachable, uplifting, and tailored to each individual—helping patients enhance their features in a way that feels balanced, refreshed, and never overdone. Her goal is for every patient to feel comfortable, supported, and excited about looking like the best version of themselves.

Payton earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas. With a holistic mindset and an eye for facial harmony, she focuses on creating results that complement each patient’s unique structure while maintaining a soft, effortless look.

Her favorite treatments include lip filler and lower-face neurotoxin, which she loves for their subtle yet transformative ability to refine and balance the lower face while keeping expression natural and fresh.

When it comes to skincare, Payton’s must-have is Skinbetter Mystro Active Balance Serum for its ability to improve overall skin quality while supporting the skin’s response to daily stress. She loves that it helps address redness, texture, uneven tone, and dullness—making it an ideal daily staple that pairs beautifully with in-office treatments.

Outside of the clinic, Payton enjoys fitness, cooking, baking, and spending time with friends—especially during a good happy hour. She also loves life with her eight-year-old weenie dog, Charlie, and values building meaningful connections while living a balanced lifestyle.
