Certified in Botox, dermal fillers, medical microneedling, and laser treatments, Ali Patek, APRN, FNP-C, is passionate about providing exceptional patient care. She truly believes aesthetic wellness plays a vital role in the physical and mental well-being of each patient, and couples injectables with other technologies to make each treatment plan custom.

Ali has studied at The University of Texas at Austin and at Texas A&M University Corpus-Christi. She is an active member of several professional organizations including: Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, The Association of periOperative Registered Nurses, and The International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses. Ali is certified in botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, sculptra, kybella, platelet rich plasma, medical microneedling, PDO threads, and medical lasers. She provides both non-invasive and minimally invasive facial and body contouring services.

When it comes to home care, Ali says, "I am a firm believer in medical grade skincare and protecting your investment. I only recommend products that I myself have used and believe in backed by science and clinical research."

Ali, her husband, Wesley and Great Dane, Drake reside in Austin, Texas. She enjoys exercising and spending her weekends either supporting her college alma mater the Texas Longhorns or out on the lake wake surfing.

Cece brings an irresistible blend of skill, experience, artistry and joy to her practice. Recognized as one of the top 100 injectors in the country, she is a sought-after injector with over a decade of experience in facial aesthetics, plastic and reconstructive surgery.

A board-certified Nurse Practitioner and a graduate of Texas State University Family Nurse Practitioner program, Cece has dedicated her career to the craft of beauty. She leverages her considerable experience to bring innovative techniques to each patient that yield exceptional results, with safety as the upmost priority.

With thousands of treatments performed, Cece's goal is to enhance natural beauty and restore youthfulness to reach the patient's aesthetic goals. She believes in using combination therapy to do so and has a passion for finding customized care plans designed for the individual.

Cece employs a full complement of state-of-the-art procedures including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PRP, ablative and non-ablative lasers, sculptra, microneedling and more.

When she's not spending time at SkinSpirit Austin, Cece loves spending time with her two teenage boys and family, traveling, and painting abstract art when she has the time.

Courtney Dunavant has been practicing as a board-certified Physician Assistant for 15+ years, transitioning to the medical spa industry in 2017 after 10 years in the plastic and reconstructive field.

Courtney has been involved with major surgical procedures throughout her career, and has extensive experience with all cosmetic injectables, including Botox/Dysport and the complete portfolio of both Juvederm and Restylane dermal fillers. She also performs Kybella injections, advanced skin restoration procedures and uses collagen induction therapies such as Sculptra and threads. Being a part of facial surgery gives her unique insight into facial structure and the ability to enhance it safely and naturally.

Courtney is a National Trainer for both GAIN (Galderma Aesthetic Injector Network) and AMI (Allergan Medical Institute). She truly enjoys interacting with patients and the art of facial rejuvenation.

"As a Physician Assistant in the aesthetic industry, I seek to utilize my developed medical and extensive surgical knowledge to optimize patients' cosmetic outcomes," she says. "I take great pride in restoring natural beauty and building self-confidence within my patients."

When she's not helping patients at SkinSpirit, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family, watching college football, traveling, and all things food and wine!

Jennifer Jacques, MSN, FNP-C is a nationally certified Nurse Practitioner at SkinSpirit Austin who is known for her thoughtful, education-first approach to aesthetic care. She prioritizes patient safety and transparency, ensuring every treatment is approached with care, intention, and clear communication. Education is central to her practice, and she takes time to walk each patient through their options so they feel informed, empowered, and confident in their decisions.

Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages from Kansas State University, with a major in Spanish Language and Literature and a minor in Leadership Studies. She went on to complete her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Fort Hays State University and her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Texas at Austin. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (FNP-C).

Her patients appreciate her ability to balance artistry and science, as well as her commitment to creating personalized treatment plans that feel authentic, attainable, and aligned with long-term skin health goals. Jennifer’s favorite treatment is Sculptra, which she considers a non-negotiable for skin health due to the subtle yet impactful improvements it creates over time.

When it comes to skincare, her must-have product is Alastin Hydratint Sunscreen, which she loves for its velvety texture and natural coverage—whether worn alone or under makeup.

Jennifer loves what she does because of the meaningful relationships she builds while caring for her patients. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors through hiking, workouts, and exploring nature. She loves life at home with her husband and their Doberman, and in her downtime enjoys reading, cooking new recipes, or relaxing with music.

Kathryn Clayton, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, aesthetic injector and advanced laser & energy-based treatment provider with nearly 15 years of clinical experience and 10 years dedicated to medical aesthetics and aesthetic injecting. She also serves on the SkinSpirit University Faculty, helping educate and develop aesthetic providers.

Kathryn’s clinical foundation began in high-acuity medicine, including five years in trauma ICU nursing followed by three years in family medicine. After transitioning into aesthetics, she spent four years working alongside cosmetic surgeons, further developing her understanding of facial anatomy, facial aging, skin health, and comprehensive aesthetic treatment planning.

Her commitment to advanced education has taken her well beyond traditional injectable training. Kathryn has pursued advanced facial anatomy and injection education with internationally recognized experts including Dr. Arthur Swift, Dr. Sebastian Cotofana, Dr. Zack Ally, and Dr. Tom van Eijk, as well as advanced training and clinical observation with PA Nicola Lowrey and Dr. Thuy Doan. Her education has also included Allergan Medical Institute (AMI) training, advanced high-risk facial anatomy coursework, and extensive cadaver-based anatomy education.

Kathryn’s role has evolved from participant to educator. She has helped lead educational tables during cadaver courses with the Academy for Injection Anatomy and the American Aesthetic Institute, working alongside other providers to translate detailed anatomical knowledge into safer, more thoughtful injection techniques.

Today, Kathryn specializes in natural, comprehensive facial rejuvenation and facial balancing, combining neuromodulators, hyaluronic-acid fillers, Sculptra and other biostimulatory treatments with advanced laser and energy-based treatments. As an experienced laser provider, she incorporates technologies including BBL, Moxi, and Fotona into individualized treatment plans to address pigmentation, photo damage, texture, collagen remodeling, and overall skin quality. Her approach recognizes that optimal rejuvenation often requires treating skin, structure, volume, and movement together, rather than addressing individual features in isolation.

Kathryn has incorporated facial ultrasound with Clarius into her injectable practice. She uses ultrasound for vascular mapping, identifying the location and depth of existing filler, evaluating suspected filler complications, and performing targeted ultrasound-guided dissolving when appropriate.

Her approach combines extensive clinical experience, advanced anatomical education, injectable expertise, laser and energy-based technologies, and facial ultrasound with an intentionally conservative aesthetic philosophy. Her priority is creating individualized treatment plans that emphasize safety, skin health, facial harmony, and results that remain natural to each patient.
