Anne Marie Grajales, RN, BSN, is a registered nurse with over six years of specialized experience in aesthetic injectables, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and biostimulators. A proud graduate of Texas A&M University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Anne Marie is passionate about helping patients look refreshed and natural while feeling confident in their own skin.
Her favorite treatment is Sculptra® for its ability to gradually stimulate collagen and restore youthful structure. Her must-have skincare products are Revision Skincare Intellishade® and C+ Correcting Complex 30%®, a duo that protects, brightens, and enhances the complexion.
Originally from McAllen, Texas, Anne Marie has truly grown to embrace the Austin lifestyle and culture. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and their long-haired dachshund, Russell, and you can often find her enjoying music or trying out a new coffee shop.

Caleb holds Bachelor’s degrees in both Biology and Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree to become a Nurse Practitioner. Caleb's approach as a practitioner is to be a long-term partner in each patient’s aesthetic journey, not just a provider for one-time treatments. He focuses on hand-holding through the entire process, ensuring comfort and understanding at every step. This really allows him to develop customized treatment plans that aren’t only tailored to immediate needs but also adaptable for ongoing care and evolving aesthetic goals.
Caleb's favorite treatment is Sculptra because it's like a 401K for your face. "It’s superior in stimulating the body's natural collagen production and really lays the foundation for a lasting aging process," he says.
Caleb is deeply passionate about his work because he believes in the powerful connection between looking good and feeling good. He emphasizes that aesthetic procedures do more than enhance appearance; they boost confidence and positively impact every aspect of a person’s life.
Outside of work, his world revolves around spending quality time with his husband and their adorable puppy. He is also passionate about playing the piano and art!

Crystal is an Arizona native, born and raised in Phoenix. With over 24 years of exclusively practicing in medical aesthetic nursing, plastic surgery, and dermatology. Crystal is a registered nurse, cosmetic injector, licensed aesthetician, certified laser technician, and clinical laser instructor for a worldwide manufacturing company. She has trained physicians, nurses, and aestheticians nationwide on how to best perform laser light therapy and aesthetic services. She is an active member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS) and the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses (ISPAN).
She strives to enhance people's lives and their self-image through clinical treatments, cosmetic injectables, nutritional intake, and effective skin care. She believes that the foundation to any successful treatment is education and dedication. Crystal is incredibly passionate about providing an individualized approach while treating patients, by using cutting edge, non-surgical methods to enhance their unique beauty. Crystal provides her patients with a refreshing approach to the aesthetics and wellness industry, in developing genuine relationships anchored in honesty, integrity and trust. She additionally draws upon her innate sense of artistry and perfectionism to help her patients achieve beautiful, natural-looking results.
Crystal’s focus is achieving long-term restoration of her patient’s facial structure and collagen production. Her favorite treatment to perform is Sculptra for this very reason. To achieve a more comprehensive, longer lasting result she sometimes combines Sculptra with other treatments such as Botox/Dysport, Dermal Fillers, and Platelet Rich Fibrin. Her passion started in skincare 24 years ago, so Crystal stresses the importance of an effective skincare regimen. She’s enamored with Plated Intense Serum. It’s packed with potent antioxidants, growth factors, and anti-inflammatory mediators.
When Crystal is not working, you can find her attending a pilates class with her twin sister Amber, on a hiking trial with her rescue pup Mika, playing chess with her husband Tommy, and listening to live music or playing board games with her extended family.
