Kristina is a Seattle native magna cum laude graduate who brings a meticulous, artistic eye to each appointment. Kristina, fondly known as Tina, has earned her reputation of providing honest, conservative, and natural results for her clients.
Kristina brings a wealth of knowledge in the medical field, from spine and orthopedic surgery to dermatology and plastics/reconstructive. Kristina has trained with some of the industry's most well decorated and respected injectors and offers a wide variety of injectables, including Botox/Dysport, dermal fillers, and collagen stimulators as well as energy-based devices such as radiofrequency microneedling, fractionated resurfacing and light-based therapies. Kristina also has a large passion for natural modalities such as Platelet Rich Plasma for hair restoration and anti-aging.
Kristina is well known for her consultations, where she crafts a unique plan for each client, while listening and respecting the patient's desired outcomes. She loves to create a collaborative approach with her team members and patients report feeling heard, encouraged, and excited for their well-designed treatment plan.

Lacey received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Arizona University and is currently in school pursuing a master's degree to become a Nurse Practitioner. Lacey's journey into injecting started in 2017. Since then she has had extensive training from some of the top injectors in the valley and the country. She has had the opportunity to train with Allergan, Galderma, Merz, Alastin, SkinBetter, SkinMedica, and has done the cadaver dissection training which she completed in April 2023 at the Academy for Injection Anatomy.
As a practitioner, Lacey uses a personalized strategy to assist her clients in discovering their confidence, encouraging them to identify and emphasize their best qualities and illuminating the narrative that their distinct DNA tells a story about who they are. Her enthusiasm is in attaining organic outcomes and enabling patients to maintain their identity while feeling revitalized and more youthful.
Lacey's favorite way to go about getting a treatment done is to implement neurotoxins, fillers, and biostimulators into a long-term treatment plan. Her goal as an injector is to use a balancing approach rather than just augmenting. She addresses skin health, aging, and facial harmonization with every consultation. That way, she is creating a regimen that requires not only my artistic eye and injectables but compliance with patients using an at-home skin care regimen.
Lacey has fell in love with the aesthetics field. She enjoys using her hands to assist others, mix her passions of science and anatomy with art and beauty, and getting to see the transformation and confidence in her patients after receiving a treatment.
Outside of work, Lacey is a foodie so she loves to eat, workout, and travel. She is an introverted extrovert and a home body so she has found, with the right person, she can have a blast just hanging out at home cooking up her favorite foods. It helps that her partner is a natural chef in the kitchen, but she does plan to do much more traveling and adventures once she graduates from her master’s program.
Lacey Wilson, MSN, APRN, FNP-C - Lacey employs a personalized strategy helping clients enhance their unique features for organic, revitalized results. With extensive training (including cadaver anatomy), she often creates long-term plans incorporating neurotoxins, fillers, and biostimulators.
Aesthetic Nurse Specialist Sarah D'Eletto stands out due to her unique expertise in combining medical knowledge with an artistic touch to enhance her clients' natural beauty. Her commitment to ongoing education and staying up to date on the latest techniques ensures exceptional results for her clients.
Sarah's favorite treatment is Sculptra for its ability to stimulate collagen production over time, resulting in gradual, natural-looking improvement in skin texture and firmness. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, and relaxing with her dog, Theo. A fun fact about her is that she’s an avid foodie and loves exploring new restaurants and cuisines whenever she travels!

Tanya Kent attended the University of Texas at San Antonio and received her RN license in 2017 while working as a psychiatric nurse. In 2019, she began working as a travel nurse in North Carolina, Florida, and Arizona. Tanya always knew she wanted to be a cosmetic nurse injector, so in 2020 while working in Arizona she decided to take a leap of faith, leave the hospital and dedicate her time and knowledge to injecting.
"Best decision ever. I truly believe I have the best career… I mean like they say if you love what you do you’ll never work a day in your life. And that’s truly how I feel."
Tanya feels she has mastered the natural lip technique, as lip filler is a client favorite. However, she loves a good lower face treatment to balance out the lip filler. "We can’t neglect the chin when enhancing the lips!"
Tanya is a provider who has such a special and unique bond with all of her clients as the client relationship almost always turns into a friendship where her clients feel comfortable and safe when they’re in her chair. She loves connecting with them on a deep level and knowing them each personally. There is always much catching up to do when they come back for their next appointment. Tanya feels her injecting room is such a welcoming fun time for herself and her clients to vibe and hang out while she makes them feel their most confident self!
Tanya recently just had her first child in November and she is LOVING motherhood. "She is my absolute world and I can’t wait to raise her to be the best injector when she’s older!" She is also engaged and will be spending her free time wedding planning this year!

Taylor attended Arizona State University and received a Bachelors degree in community health. She continued on and attended Chamberlain University where she obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree as well as a Masters Degree in Nursing Education (MSN). She worked as a high risk obstetrical nurse for several years before perusing advanced training inaesthetic medicine and found immense passion for both.
Taylor’s favorite treatment is lip filler because it can look so beautiful and natural and perfectly enhance the face.
When not in the clinic, Taylor enjoys exercising, continuing education in aesthetics, and spending time with friends and family.
