Helena holds double Masters degrees in Medical Sciences and Public Health from the prestigious Emory University, which was ranked #3 in the US for PA programs, and #7 in Public Health. Using her natural artistic vision, medical education, and gentle touch, Helena delivers incredibly natural-looking results, and the care and love she has for her patients shine through every interaction.

Her passion for aesthetics pushes her to stay on top of the latest technologies and trends through continuing education and learning. This is apparent in her patient consultations where she takes the time to truly understand her patients' goals, anatomy, and needs in order to tailor a customized treatment plan for each patient.

Her favorite treatment is full face rejuvenation and balancing with dermal fillers. Being able to instantaneously help patients look less tired, more refreshed, younger, and/or more sculpted is one of the best feelings.

She loves working in aesthetics and helping patients feel more confident and beautiful.

Helena loves all things art and food related. She likes to spend her time drawing, painting, sewing, crafting, cooking, baking, and attempting to try as many restaurants and Boba shops in the Bay Area as she can. Having moved from Atlanta, she has fallen in love with the CA weather and coastal scenery and looks forward to settling down here.

Ruthann Bivolcic, RN, BSN, MSN graduated with a Master's degree in Nursing from the University of California at San Francisco, where she also received a Bachelor's of Science degree. Her career began as a Nurse Practitioner Specialist, where she supported a renowned Cardiovascular Team at Stanford Hospital. In her role as a Surgical Nurse Specialist, Ruthann focused on patient education, emphasizing the critical importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle post-surgery. Ruthann is committed to enhancing patient outcomes through her extensive knowledge and compassionate care.

Discovering this passion for patient care led Ruthann to continue her career in corporate wellness with several telecommunication companies. Responsible for 9 California clinics, she developed health, wellness and workplace ergonomic programs that served over 10,000 employees. Ruthann became interested in aesthetic and skin care services, building her own consulting practice and training with numerous top aesthetic providers nationwide.

Ruthann has a deep and diverse expertise in aesthetic nursing and skincare with over 23 years of experience. Her extensive experience with a range of treatments—such as Facial Balancing with Dermal Fillers & Sculptra, Skin Resurfacing with Morpheus8, Fractional Co2, Microneedling, Color Correction with Light Therapy, Skin tightening with Ultherapy, Botox, Dysport, and Reduction of excess fat with Kybella—shows a comprehensive understanding of both the latest techniques and advanced modalities in the field.

Ruthann is dedicated to understanding each client's unique skincare desires and delivering tailored treatments for optimal results. With a warm and caring approach, she ensures every client feels valued and pampered. Transforming skincare routines with personalized care and heartfelt attention.

Outside of her professional life, Ruthann enjoys Cooking, Boxing, Gardening, and spending quality time with her children, finding balance and joy in her personal pursuits.

Sara received a double Bachelors of Science in Nursing and Health Education from the University of San Francisco. She spent 5 years working in pediatric cardiac surgery, but always knew she would make her way over to medical aesthetics because of the impact it's had on her own life. Being Middle Eastern, Sara shares that she grew up ridiculed for the extra hair on her body which led to her first introduction to the aesthetic world, trying laser hair removal.

Since then, Sara has tried many different treatments, from laser therapy to microneedling, to injectables. Her favorite treatment is broadband light (BBL) therapy because it helps brighten your complexion, treats sun spots, eliminates uneven tone/texture, and leaves you glowing with little to no downtime.

Education has always been a big part of Sara's life and she considers herself to be a lifelong learner. She uses her knowledge to educate patients and build a trusting relationship with them so they can create an individualized treatment plan together to help enhance their unique beauty. She wants her patients to feel rejuvenated and refreshed while still feeling themselves After all, who doesn't love feeling beautiful and confident in their own skin!

Outside of work, you can find Sara staying active and hosting her friends and family. She finds fulfillment in entertaining her loved ones in the comfort of her home. When it comes time to plan something fun away from home, Sara's favorite getaway is somewhere tropical where she can relax, lay out in the sun, and spend time in the water.

Tina is an Aesthetic Nurse Specialist who truly enjoys her work and interacting with her patients to create a customized treatment plan. She attended Notre Dame de Namur University, where she received her undergraduate in nursing. From then, she earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Samuel Merritt University.

In addition to aesthetics, Tina has worked in a post anesthesia care unit and in dermatology. But, she has always been drawn to the aesthetic field, Today, Tina believes in coupling multiple modalities at SkinSpirit with at-home skincare to achieve the best results. From neurotoxins to dermal fillers, she enjoys performing a variety of injections and working collaboratively with patients to ensure beautiful and subtle results.

Tina strives to provide safe and personalized quality care for each of her patients, with an artistic eye allows her to give them the results they envision. Confident with her skill sets, her goal is to educate, listen, and assist her patients in achieving their aesthetic goals and enhancing their existing beauty.

Outside of work, Tina is a first time mom to her 7 month old daughter and French bulldog named Milo. She enjoys spending quality time with her family at the beach. A bay area native, Tina is a true Boba fanatic. In addition, she loves to travel and find new restaurants along the way.

Tristen Heitz is a graduate of Stanford University's School of Medicine Physician Assistant Program with 17 years of experience. Tristen found her true passion and calling when she began her post-graduate fellowship in esthetic, medical, and surgical dermatology. She has worked for three premier dermatology practices in the South Bay and Marin, perfecting her skills under the guidance of industry experts.

Tristen is proud to be a guest lecturer for the Stanford School of Medicine Physician Assistant program. Her solid foundation in medical dermatology is an asset she brings with her to SkinSpirit, helping create the best care plan for each patient according to his or her medical and esthetic needs. Her highest priority is patient satisfaction and making sure each patient feels heard and understood.

Tristen believes esthetic medicine is an art and recreating a natural, balanced, youthful look is a talent, and her way of expressing her creative side. She is highly skilled and most passionate about using all dermal fillers and selecting the perfect product to create the best look for each patient. Additionally, Tristen is skilled in submental fat reduction using Kybella, neuromodulators such as Botox Cosmetic® and Dysport; skin resurfacing treatments such as medical micro-penning, Fraxel, ResurFX, and Photofractional; as well as Ultherapy for skin tightening; and IPL to even skin pigment, minimize the appearance of pores and clear broken capillaries.

Tristen shares a love of learning and continues to further her education by keeping current with all dermatologic and esthetic advancements. She is a Fellow of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and The American Academy of Physician Assistants. In addition to dermatology Tristen has worked in women's health, primary care, surgery and gastroenterology. Her interest, knowledge and experience with alternative and holistic medicine compliments her ability to enhance health and beauty from the inside out.
