Arielle Auston is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in medical aesthetics for almost a decade. With a strong clinical foundation and a refined aesthetic eye, she delivers natural, balanced results through evidence-based techniques tailored to each individual’s unique features and goals. Rachel Reyes-Bergano, D.O. is the Founder and Medical Director of Contempo Aesthetics, a premiere Medical Aesthetics practice in Pasadena, CA, which was acquired by SkinSpirit in May 2023. As an expert injector, Dr. Rachel Reyes-Bergano has been an Allergan Medical Institute trainer since 2020, an honor reserved for top aesthetic injectors nationally.
Dr. Reyes-Bergano is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She earned her Osteopathic Medical Degree from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and completed her medical residency at USC Family Medicine at California Hospital in Downtown Los Angeles, CA.
"Dr. Rachel" as her patients affectionately know her as, practices aesthetic medicine with safety and efficacy guiding her results-oriented approach. Her philosophy has always been to create a patient-first experience that enhances one's best version of themselves. Dr. Rachel's expertise is in facial aesthetics, utilizing best-in-class modalities, including hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, neurotoxins, PDO Threads and bio-stimulators to deliver exceptional results that are natural, yet impactful.
In 2022, Dr. Rachel was selected by SkinCeuticals to be the spokesperson and medical key opinion leader for the debut of Phyto Corrective Essence Mist. Additionally, Dr. Rachel has collaborated on several social media and marketing initiatives, including acting as an on-camera spokesperson for internal and consumer-facing videos and in-person events. In addition, she has also spoken on behalf of Aesthetics Biomedical about their Vivace Ultra technology at The Medical Spa Show 2023.
When she is not at the office, Dr. Rachel enjoys Pilates and traveling internationally with her husband and daughter.

Katie Nixon loves her work as an aesthetic injector. It's the perfect marriage between medicine and beauty. She has been a nurse for 14 years and had the good fortune to apprentice under one of Salt Lake City's most recognized and award-winning injectors. With guidance and ongoing training in a wide variety of techniques and procedures Katie has become a skilled injector offering the latest and greatest to her clients.
Her favorite part of aesthetics is the relationships she is able to build with her clients and the boost of confidence achieved after each visit. Katie is thorough in educating her patients about treatment recommendations so that clients know what to expect and can collaborate to achieve desired results.
Katie's favorite treatments are neuromodulators and microneedling to keep skin youthful and glowing. Home care is critical and Katie's favorite products for daily use are Alastin's Renewal Retinol and Restorative Skin Complex.
When she's not helping clients reach their aesthetic goals, she can be found frequenting farmer's markets, cooking dinner with friends, hiking with her 2 dogs, and travelling the world with her husband.

From the classroom to the treatment room, Odessa Andaya, BSN, RN, has dedicated her career to aesthetics. After graduating with her ADN from Pasadena City College in 2015, Odessa continued on to receive her Bachelors' degree in Nursing at Grand Canyon University in 2019. She has also attended countless aesthetic conferences and has been mentored by some of the most well-respected injectors in the field.
Before coming to SkinSpirit, Odessa helped grow numerous aesthetic practices and held the title of lead injector in an upscale New York City aesthetic spa. Here, she was able to expand her understanding of the beauty market among a melting pot of individuals. She left a more well-rounded provider.
With artistry at the forefront to her skills, Odessa strives to maintain every individual's unique qualities, ensuring beauty enhancements that are natural. Her goals are to harmonize and refresh her patients' features so when leaving her chair, you feel and look your absolute best. She lives by the motto, "If you feel the most confident physically and mentally, you will lead with kindness and spread positivity."
"I love what I do because every time I step into a room, that is my opportunity to empower my patients and hopefully instill confidence inward and outward," says Odessa.
When it comes to treatments, her favorite combination is cheek filler and under eye filler, for the right candidate.
She finds that addressing these areas can make such a significant difference to achieve a well-rested, refreshed look and acts as a foundation of youth to the surrounding areas of the face.
Outside of the clinic, she thrives on spontaneity and is up for any adventure. From trying interesting cuisine, to exploring sights and meeting new people, Odessa jumps at the opportunity for good company and new experiences!
