Carly Leal, BSN, RN, began her career performing injections and seeing pre and post operative patients, at a plastic surgery clinic, after graduating with a Bachelor's of Science from Seattle University in 2018.

Carly found that she loved medical aesthetics, because she's able to customize her treatment plans for each patient's individual anatomy and goals. Seeing her patients experience newfound confidence is especially rewarding.

When it comes to treatments, Botox is one of Carly's favorites. "I love how it can make patients feel more refreshed and confident, and still feeling like themselves", says Carly, who often recommends Botox for those new to the industry. She also enforces home care to maintain the best results between appointments.

When she's not helping patients at SkinSpirit, Carly enjoys spending time with friends, family or her sweet cat Finn, and going to visit her parents on Whidbey Island.

Originally from the Midwest, Louise Park moved to Seattle over 20 years ago and graduated from Seattle University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Louise later graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a Masters in Nursing Leadership, Family Nurse Practitioner Degree. She discovered the world of aesthetics thanks to a fellow RN injector, ultimately starting her own practice offering BOTOX® Cosmetic, Juvederm Voluma and dermal filler treatments.

Working in the aesthetics field, Louise enjoys the positive effect she can have on her clients' lives by helping them look and feel their best. Clients come to Louise because she listens to their needs and appreciates her perfectionism, thoughtfulness and honesty. Louise loves being a part of the SkinSpirit family because of the positive team environment within each clinic - as well as SkinSpirit's overall dedication to ongoing training in the latest skin care rejuvenation techniques, which helps attain a level of excellence in the services offered to clients.

When Louise isn't in the treatment room with clients, she's busy with her three sons - taking them to baseball, church and participating in outdoor activities. Outside of the clinic, you'll also find her at the gym, hiking and camping.

Shelia Anderson, a native of North Carolina, began her aesthetic career in Seattle, WA. With a background in critical care nursing, there is always the search for cause and effect, analysis of the situation and a constant thirst for knowledge. Working with plastic surgeons enabled Shelia to understand facial anatomy and the aging process to which she is able to apply her aesthetic talents. Her work with dermatologists is key to her understanding of skin, lasers and energy devices.

In 1996, when Shelia transitioned from critical care to the plastic surgery arena, there was no formal education or programs for transition into the aesthetic market. By the year 2002, after the approval of Botox for cosmetic use and the first FDA approved hyaluronic acid filler, Shelia began to train colleagues who were interested in aesthetics.

Shelia is a licensed registered nurse (RN) in her residential state of Washington, but is also licensed in North Carolina, Colorado, California, Hawaii and Nevada. She was one of the first nurses in the US to complete the Certification for Aesthetic Nursing Specialist (CANS) exam by the Plastic Surgical Nursing Certification Board (PSNCB).

Shelia is passionate about education for herself and others. She is one of the original trainers for Allergan and currently serves as a trainer for the Allergan Medical Institute (AMI) in addition to providing private training through her company Elite Medical Aesthetic Training. Shelia currently works as a full time medical provider for the Washington locations of SkinSpirit.

Prior to falling in love with the niche field of aesthetics, Sukh has been a nurse practitioner for over 10 years in primary and urgent care settings. She is a national board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and earned her Doctor of Nursing practice (DNP) from the University of Miami. Prior to becoming a DNP, she earned her Master in Nursing (MN) from Washington State University and her Bachelor of Science of Nursing (BSN) at University of Washington.

Sukh is committed to staying up to date with the latest evidence-based practices to offer her patients the safest and most effective treatments. Her approach to aesthetics is holistic, focusing on anti-aging from the inside out. Sukh wants her patients to have all the information they need to make informed decisions and take control of their aesthetic journey. She loves to learn about all aspects of the aging process to provide natural enhancements and facial balancing that improve patients' confidence and quality of life. Sukh takes each patient's unique facial anatomy into consideration and develops individualized treatment plans to create natural results that boost patients' confidence.

Sukh is excited to meet new patients and to partner with them from the very beginning of their aesthetic journey. Her enthusiasm and passion for helping others is evident in her patient care. She believes in creating a collaborative experience with her patients, so they feel empowered throughout the process. Sukh's favorite part of her work is combining her medical experience, aesthetic eye, passion for learning about new anti-aging technologies, and artistic abilities to help patients of all backgrounds reach their aesthetic goals.

Sukh is a proud native Seattleite, born and raised in Bellevue. Her roots run deep, and her culture is an important part of who she is. When she's not working, Sukh loves to spend time with her three kids, exploring new destinations, and staying active, all while constantly striving to perfect her craft through continuous learning. When Sukh gets some downtime, she enjoys the occasional glass of wine, delicious meals, and great conversations with her friends.
