Carly Leal, BSN, RN, began her career performing injections and seeing pre and post operative patients, at a plastic surgery clinic, after graduating with a Bachelor's of Science from Seattle University in 2018.

Carly found that she loved medical aesthetics, because she's able to customize her treatment plans for each patient's individual anatomy and goals. Seeing her patients experience newfound confidence is especially rewarding.

When it comes to treatments, Botox is one of Carly's favorites. "I love how it can make patients feel more refreshed and confident, and still feeling like themselves", says Carly, who often recommends Botox for those new to the industry. She also enforces home care to maintain the best results between appointments.

When she's not helping patients at SkinSpirit, Carly enjoys spending time with friends, family or her sweet cat Finn, and going to visit her parents on Whidbey Island.

With an eye for balance and harmony, a penchant for perfection, and 12 years of cardiac and urgent-care nursing under her belt, Jessica Shdo brings the ultimate one-two punch of artistry and science to every appointment. After graduating from Pacific Lutheran University in 2008 with a Bachelor's degree in nursing, and earning a 4.0 graduate degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Seattle Pacific University while studying the field of aesthetics, Jessica has become widely recognized for her meticulous, creative, nurturing expertise and joyous rapport with every client who sits in her chair.

Through rigorous training with some of the world's top aesthetic pros and "amazing" mentors, Jessica has a reputation for creating customized treatment plans that are not only realistic and safe but known to embrace an individual's unique definition of beauty. From a conservative approach that enhances features, to more dramatic transformations, she enjoys the intricacies of using filler to sculpt and enhance facial features; and celebrates the soaring confidence that clients experience with each visit to SkinSpirit.

Spearheading the Totem Lake location, and helping to build it from the ground up, has been a career highlight for Jessica. She warmly welcomes all people - at all stages of life - to her practice, where she educates and encourages clients as they begin their self-care journey.

Jessica's favorite treatment is Botox and Dysport. "They're all about prevention and preservation without changing your unique features. I love the softening effect they have on frowning expressions, the brightening boost to the eyes, and their ability to deliver an internal mood boost!"

Kasey Carter, RN, brings nearly 2 decades of nursing experience to SkinSpirit Bellevue. Kasey completed her degree at the University of Montana and Shoreline Community College. She started her nursing career in the Morning Neuro Acute Care department at Harborview Medical Center (a level-one-trauma facility), Seattle. From there, she moved to Harborview's Emergency Room where she would spend the next 11 years. Her "safety first" mentality learned in the ER has shaped the way she practices Aesthetic Medicine.

Kasey's clinical background also includes running the post-operative clinic for one of Washington's premier plastic surgeons. This is where her love for aesthetic medicine blossomed and she set out to hone her skills as an aesthetic nurse. Kasey had the good fortune of apprenticing under one of the most recognized Allergan Medical Facial Aesthetics Injector Trainers in the Northwest; the founder and owner of an award winning medical spa in Bellevue, Washington. She has been meticulously trained in a wide variety of aesthetic procedures and in the process became a highly sought after Master Injector in her own right. Kasey is a life-long learner and is constantly seeking opportunities to bolster her aesthetic skill-set to bring the latest and greatest to her clients.

When it comes to favorite treatments, she leans on her expertise with neuromodulators and dermal fillers. She loves giving her client a youthful and refreshed appearance while enhancing their natural beauty.

When she's not at SkinSpirit helping patients look their best, Kasey is the proud mother of a high-school senior who will be attending Western Washington University on a volleyball scholarship next fall. She is an avid Peloton rider and enjoys spending time with her family in Montana.

Libby Noiseux, RN, CANS, has over 15 years of nursing experience in the plastic surgery and aesthetics field, focusing primarily on cosmetic injectables. Libby moved to Utah in 2018 and opened our SugarHouse location in Salt Lake City, and also travels to Bellevue, WA once a month to see long-term and new clients. In her 9th year with SkinSpirit, she has been committed to maintaining a diverse clientele and enjoys the opportunity to stay connected to her roots in Washington.

Libby is passionate about providing her clients an informed, rejuvenated, and natural look. She recognizes that staying true to her brand throughout the years is important in the ever-changing aesthetic industry.

Her expertise includes all cosmetic injectables and anti-aging treatments available at SkinSpirit including: BOTOX, Dysport, Daxxify, Juvederm, Restylane, Revance, Sculptra, Kybella, Ultherapy, & Morpheus 8.

Outside the office, Libby enjoys mountain biking, skiing, golf, weight training, and spending time in the mountains with her family.

Lilly is a board-certified nurse practitioner with over 20 years of experience in medicine and more than 12 years specializing in aesthetic treatments. She is known for her gentle touch, clinical precision, and artistic eye—delivering results that are both natural-looking and beautifully refined.

With a strong foundation in emergency medicine and advanced training in aesthetics, Lilly takes a thoughtful, individualized approach to each treatment. She creates personalized plans designed to enhance natural features and build lasting confidence—whether you're seeking subtle rejuvenation or transformative results.

Lilly also serves on SkinSpirit’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Council and is passionate about creating a welcoming, inclusive environment for both clients and team members.

Lindsey has been working in the aesthetic industry for 20 years. She began her career in aesthetics in 2002 as a licensed esthetician, and then went on to study nursing with the goal of becoming an aesthetic nurse. In 2012, Lindsey received her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Resurrection University in Chicago, Illinois. After graduating, she immediately continued on to the National Laser Institute, acquiring certifications in Botox and filler injections.

Over the past decade, Lindsey has worked alongside top dermatologists in Chicago and Seattle, which has allowed her to gain extensive knowledge and experience in the medical aesthetic and dermatology fields. Lindsey's goal is to always provide natural looking results, in a safe and comfortable environment. By combining her love of science and beauty, she is able to work with her clients to achieve optimal results.

Lindsey's all-time favorite treatment to perform is neuromodulator. She states "I love that it is a relatively easy procedure, yet can be SO impactful on how people feel about themselves".

Outside of work, Lindsey spends her time with her husband and children. She also enjoys studying about the medicinal properties of oils, plants, foods, crystals, and other body work such as Acupuncture and Reiki.

With over a decade of experience in dermatology and four years dedicated exclusively to aesthetic injecting, Vida brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and artistic precision to every treatment. Her passion lies in creating natural, harmonious results that enhance each patient’s unique features while preserving authenticity.

Specializing in dermal fillers and regenerative medicine, Vida is committed to helping patients look and feel their best through individualized treatment plans. Her approach is rooted in compassion and education, ensuring every client feels informed, comfortable, and confident in their aesthetic journey.
