Carly Leal, BSN, RN, began her career performing injections and seeing pre and post operative patients, at a plastic surgery clinic, after graduating with a Bachelor's of Science from Seattle University in 2018.

Carly found that she loved medical aesthetics, because she's able to customize her treatment plans for each patient's individual anatomy and goals. Seeing her patients experience newfound confidence is especially rewarding.

When it comes to treatments, Botox is one of Carly's favorites. "I love how it can make patients feel more refreshed and confident, and still feeling like themselves", says Carly, who often recommends Botox for those new to the industry. She also enforces home care to maintain the best results between appointments.

When she's not helping patients at SkinSpirit, Carly enjoys spending time with friends, family or her sweet cat Finn, and going to visit her parents on Whidbey Island.

Christine Rozanski is a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Botox, dermal fillers, and natural-looking aesthetic treatments in Bellevue, Washington. She has extensive injecting experience and a clinical background in dermatology and plastic surgery.

Christine has a particular focus on comprehensive full-face neuromodulator treatments, subtle refinement of facial proportions with dermal filler, and long-term skin health with skincare products and lasers. Known for a discerning eye and a conservative approach, Christine believes the best aesthetic work should be difficult to detect. She especially enjoys working with first time clients.

She completed her Nurse Practitioner training at the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions, part of the Harvard teaching hospital network, and trained and worked alongside nationally recognized physicians, including one of the early pioneers in the cosmetic use of Botox and dermal fillers.

Before relocating to the Seattle area, Christine practiced in Boston and New York City, where she cared for a loyal client following.

Outside of the clinic, Christine enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs, reading, beach vacations, and Pilates.

Lilly is a board-certified nurse practitioner with over 20 years of experience in medicine and more than 12 years specializing in aesthetic treatments. She is known for her gentle touch, clinical precision, and artistic eye—delivering results that are both natural-looking and beautifully refined.

With a strong foundation in emergency medicine and advanced training in aesthetics, Lilly takes a thoughtful, individualized approach to each treatment. She creates personalized plans designed to enhance natural features and build lasting confidence—whether you're seeking subtle rejuvenation or transformative results.

Lilly also serves on SkinSpirit’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Council and is passionate about creating a welcoming, inclusive environment for both clients and team members.

Lindsey has been working in the aesthetic industry for 20 years. She began her career in aesthetics in 2002 as a licensed esthetician, and then went on to study nursing with the goal of becoming an aesthetic nurse. In 2012, Lindsey received her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Resurrection University in Chicago, Illinois. After graduating, she immediately continued on to the National Laser Institute, acquiring certifications in Botox and filler injections.

Over the past decade, Lindsey has worked alongside top dermatologists in Chicago and Seattle, which has allowed her to gain extensive knowledge and experience in the medical aesthetic and dermatology fields. Lindsey's goal is to always provide natural looking results, in a safe and comfortable environment. By combining her love of science and beauty, she is able to work with her clients to achieve optimal results.

Lindsey's all-time favorite treatment to perform is neuromodulator. She states "I love that it is a relatively easy procedure, yet can be SO impactful on how people feel about themselves".

Outside of work, Lindsey spends her time with her husband and children. She also enjoys studying about the medicinal properties of oils, plants, foods, crystals, and other body work such as Acupuncture and Reiki.

With over a decade of experience in dermatology and four years dedicated exclusively to aesthetic injecting, Vida brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and artistic precision to every treatment. Her passion lies in creating natural, harmonious results that enhance each patient’s unique features while preserving authenticity.

Specializing in dermal fillers and regenerative medicine, Vida is committed to helping patients look and feel their best through individualized treatment plans. Her approach is rooted in compassion and education, ensuring every client feels informed, comfortable, and confident in their aesthetic journey.

When it comes to aesthetics, Vida believes beauty is both science and art—and her meticulous technique reflects this philosophy.

SKINSPIRIT - SEATTLE GREEN LAKE

Yvette del Fierro has been in medical aesthetics since 2005. Yvette started out as a medical assistant at a cosmetic dermatology office, before putting herself into nursing school. After graduating from Bellevue College in 2016, she immediately transitioned into an Aesthetic Nurse Injector and has been loving this career ever since.

Yvette's approach to aesthetics is to produce results that make you FEEL your best. She strives to achieve the most youthful and natural results. You'll often hear her tell her clients, "anti-aging is selfcare!" To Yvette, cosmetic injecting is a passion, and an art.

Her favorite treatment is full volume restoration - sometimes known as a "liquid face lift" - a procedure that provides transformative results.

Fun Fact: Growing up, nursing was always Yvette's first career choice, but her second option was to become a local news anchor.

Outside of work, you can find Yvette and her husband cheering for their son at his baseball tournaments, or trying to learn dance moves from their daughter. "I also love love love to cook for my friends and family," says Yvette. "Food is definitely part of my love language."
