Christina D'Auria, MS, PA-C, a graduate of the Touro Manhattan Masters program, has always had a passion for skincare and the beauty of aesthetics.

"I love helping to boost my patients self-esteem, and encourage them to feel and be confident in their own skin," she says.

Christina always takes the time to talk to her patients and develop a treatment plan designed to fit their goals and complement their unique features - so that the end result is a more refreshed version of themselves.

While the combination of treatments she recommends is always personalized to the individual, two of her favorite treatments are Botox and skin resurfacing. "I think that targeting skin texture is the foundation, and everything else is icing on the cake!" she says.

When she's not helping patients at SkinSpirit, Christina enjoys spending time with family and friends, and snuggling up with her English Bulldog, Myla. She loves to exercise and travel alongside her boyfriend, and hopes to travel to all different parts of the world!

Joseph Padula is a dedicated aesthetic provider whose educational background and professional experience uniquely position him in the field of aesthetic medicine.

He graduated from New York University in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene, where he honed his patient care skills and developed a deep appreciation for building trust and connection with patients. In 2022, Joseph shifted his focus to aesthetic medicine, pursuing a master’s degree in Nursing from Johns Hopkins University, further expanding his expertise in patient-centered care. He is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Nursing Practice program at Johns Hopkins, reflecting his commitment to advancing his knowledge in this dynamic field.

Joseph’s experience as a dental hygienist has equipped him with a profound understanding of head and neck anatomy, enhancing his approach to patient care and safety. His holistic perspective on aesthetics sets him apart from other providers; he effectively blends dental and medical knowledge with artistry to ensure that every treatment enhances a patient’s natural beauty while prioritizing their overall well-being and safety.

His passion for aesthetic medicine is fueled by its transformative potential, and he is dedicated to helping individuals feel confident and empowered in their skin. Joseph emphasizes education and patient involvement in the treatment process, ensuring that each patient feels informed and engaged every step of the way.

A fun fact about Joseph is that he is a certified rescue scuba diver, showcasing his adventurous spirit and commitment to safety. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys cooking and considers himself a lifelong learner, always eager to expand his knowledge.

Joseph’s favorite treatments include bio-stimulatory options such as Sculptra, BBL, photo biomodulation, microneedling, and PRP/PRF. He is also a strong advocate for daily sun protection, favoring SPF 30 or higher, as he believes that protecting the skin from UV exposure—responsible for 80% of skin aging—is crucial for “better aging”.

Roxette Romanes holds a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Rochester and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner, expected in 2025 from Utica University. With extensive training from top aesthetic providers worldwide, Roxette is known for her advanced techniques and delivering exceptional results. Her background as a classically trained artist, specializing in drawing and portraits, allows her to take a skin-forward approach, emphasizing natural beauty. Roxette has been recognized by the Long Island Beauty Awards as the “Best Lip Filler Injector” and by the Global Integral Beauty Foundation as a “Rising Star” in the International Aesthetics Community.

Her favorite treatment is comprehensive facial rejuvenation, utilizing a variety of techniques to address skin quality, fat pad supplementation, and contouring for optimal results. When it comes to skincare, she recommends Plated Intense Serum and Skinceuticals CE Ferulic Serum for their ability to promote even skin tone and protect against free radicals and damage.

Roxette loves what she does because it allows her to build lasting relationships with her patients, understand their unique philosophies of beauty, and use her artistic and technical skills to bring their visions to life. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her toddler and traveling.
