Christina D'Auria, MS, PA-C, a graduate of the Touro Manhattan Masters program, has always had a passion for skincare and the beauty of aesthetics.

"I love helping to boost my patients self-esteem, and encourage them to feel and be confident in their own skin," she says.

Christina always takes the time to talk to her patients and develop a treatment plan designed to fit their goals and complement their unique features - so that the end result is a more refreshed version of themselves.

While the combination of treatments she recommends is always personalized to the individual, two of her favorite treatments are Botox and skin resurfacing. "I think that targeting skin texture is the foundation, and everything else is icing on the cake!" she says.

When she's not helping patients at SkinSpirit, Christina enjoys spending time with family and friends, and snuggling up with her English Bulldog, Myla. She loves to exercise and travel alongside her boyfriend, and hopes to travel to all different parts of the world!

Dr. Douglas A. Taranow has been practicing in Plastic Surgery in New York City for over 26 years. After completing his medical school training in New York in 1984, he was one of only two surgeons accepted in a two-year Plastic and Reconstructive surgical training, which included the care of burn and trauma patients. Dr. Taranow was board certified by the American Board of Osteopathic Surgeons in 1997 and continues to proctor the oral plastic surgery board exams for new plastic surgery physicians for the past 14 years.

He is highly regarded by both his peers and patients and has lectured and performed live surgeries around the world, including in South Korea and Thailand, that were televised live to over 300 plastic surgeons!  Dr. Taranow has also performed humanitarian surgery in Ecuador.

Whether the patient is seeking a subtle improvement or more dramatic results, Dr. Taranow uses up-to-date techniques and strives to provide minimal scarring. His knowledge and expertise in wound healing allow him to treat people of every ethnicity.

Dr. Taranow is rated the number three Plastic Surgeon in New York City and rated top 500 in the entire United States by Realself.com. He remains an active NYS peace officer with over 25 years of service.

During his free time, Dr. Taranow enjoys playing ice hockey, visiting museum exhibits, travelling the world with his best friend and mom, and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle on sunny Sundays.

Dr. Elizabeth Ranelli is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Wagner College. During her time there, she developed an Education Program to Improve FNP Student Knowledge of Melanoma for Early Detection and Diagnosis. Elizabeth has worked in medical dermatology, MOHS, and aesthetic dermatology. Over the years, she has trained alongside some of the nation's top injectors. Elizabeth is one of only nine nurses in all of New York City to hold the title of Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS), a prestigious recognition awarded by the American Academy of Plastic Surgical Nurses.

Her favorite part of working as an aesthetic provider is building rapport with her patients while maintaining their confidence. Her favorite procedure to perform is a full-face rejuvenation using dermal fillers. One of Elizabeth's favorite procedures to have done are chemical peels. She loves the way they resurface her skin, keeping it youthful.

Outside of work, Elizabeth loves to stay active. You can find her taking her favorite Pilates class, spending time with her Shih Tzu Gia, or heading to her happy place, the beach!

Dr. LynnMarie Tranovich, DNP, FNP-C, CANS, is a highly experienced aesthetic provider with a Doctorate and Master’s degree from the Medical University of South Carolina and a BSN from the University of South Carolina.

LynnMarie is known for her natural, restorative approach to aesthetics. Her goal is to help clients look and feel like a refreshed version of themselves by enhancing, not altering, their unique features. She takes a multimodal approach to care, combining injectables, advanced devices, and high-quality skincare to support each client’s personal self-care goals.

Her favorite treatment is full facial balancing using subtle, targeted applications of HA fillers, neuromodulators (like Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin), and biostimulators (like Sculptra and Radiesse). This technique helps restore volume and balance features for a result that feels refined, natural, and true to the individual.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband Hector, their two sons Luca and Paolo, and their cavapoo, Guapo. A self-proclaimed book lover, LynnMarie dreams of being a librarian in another life. She also enjoys a good cocktail bar, jazz music, and a dirty martini. Fun fact: she has traveled to over 50 countries and 38 U.S. states (Pre-kids of course, if you know, you know.)

Loveth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Case Western Reserve University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ursuline College, and a Master of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.

With a strong clinical foundation in surgical intensive care, plastic surgery, and aesthetic dermatology, Loveth brings both precision and artistry to every treatment. She combines deep medical knowledge with an eye for natural beauty, delivering results that are subtle, balanced, and personalized. Her clients appreciate her gentle touch, honest communication, and the comfort they feel in her care.

Outside of work, she enjoys mat Pilates, creating floral arrangements, and spending time with her family. A fun fact: she has a lifelong love for musical theater and even performed in a few local productions growing up.
