Known for her refined aesthetic and regenerative approach, Aveed, brings a sculptor’s eye and a practitioner’s precision to every face she treats. A board-certified nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience in dermatology and aesthetic medicine, Aveed is driven by a relentless commitment to doing things better—for the skin, for the science, and for the client. Her advanced training in Europe has further deepened her expertise in regenerative aesthetics, setting her apart for her focus on treatments that restore, rebuild, and evolve with time.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Chicago and earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati—all while continuing to advance her career as an aesthetic injector. Her specialty lies in regenerative treatments like hyperdilute Radiesse, Sculptra, Morpheus8, and exosome therapy—tools she uses to restore structure, stimulate collagen, and enhance skin quality over time.

Aveed Dai, BSN, RN: Aveed has over 8 years of experience in aesthetic medicine. She specializes in nonsurgical facelifts using injectables, lasers, and radiofrequency, and also has experience as an educator.
With an eye for balance and harmony, a penchant for perfection, and 12 years of cardiac and urgent-care nursing under her belt, Jessica Shdo brings the ultimate one-two punch of artistry and science to every appointment. After graduating from Pacific Lutheran University in 2008 with a Bachelor's degree in nursing, and earning a 4.0 graduate degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Seattle Pacific University while studying the field of aesthetics, Jessica has become widely recognized for her meticulous, creative, nurturing expertise and joyous rapport with every client who sits in her chair.
Through rigorous training with some of the world's top aesthetic pros and "amazing" mentors, Jessica has a reputation for creating customized treatment plans that are not only realistic and safe but known to embrace an individual's unique definition of beauty. From a conservative approach that enhances features, to more dramatic transformations, she enjoys the intricacies of using filler to sculpt and enhance facial features; and celebrates the soaring confidence that clients experience with each visit to SkinSpirit.
Spearheading the Totem Lake location, and helping to build it from the ground up, has been a career highlight for Jessica. She warmly welcomes all people - at all stages of life - to her practice, where she educates and encourages clients as they begin their self-care journey.

Jessica Shdo, MSN, ARNP, FNP-BC: Jessica brings over 12 years of nursing experience to her practice at SkinSpirit in Bellevue and Kirkland. With a foundation shaped by cardiac and urgent care, she applies meticulous artistry and a scientific approach to aesthetic medicine. Jessica is particularly skilled with fillers for sculpting features and is dedicated to creating customized, safe plans that boost her clients' confidence.
Graduating in 2021 with an Associate's degree in Nursing, Nicole's career journey has been diverse. Prior to nursing, she worked in Emergency Medicine and obtained an esthetician license. During nursing school, she specialized in lashing and excelled at personalizing client experiences. She began her nursing journey in Labor and Delivery, focusing on women's health, and later thrived in aesthetic nursing post-residency, where her passion flourished. Now, approaching three years as an aesthetic nurse, Nicole is dedicated to this evolving and rewarding path.
Nicole stands out as a practitioner by strongly believing in providing personalized care and embracing uniqueness. She prioritizes safety and the achievement of natural results. Celebrating individual beauty, moving beyond a generic approach, and fostering strong client relationships are vital aspects of her practice. Nicole is dedicated to continuous education, staying updated with the latest techniques, and lifelong learning.

Beyond work, Nicole finds joy in spending time with her family and enjoying motherhood while raising her son Kana’i. She loves learning to cook and bake, engaging in daily movement through yoga and working out, snowboarding in the winter, and wake surfing in the summer.

Olga Yudich is a highly skilled aesthetic provider with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from the University of Washington. She is passionate about creating customized treatment plans that address each client’s unique concerns while incorporating her expert recommendations. Known for her warm and attentive approach, she values building long-term relationships with clients—who quickly become like family.
Her favorite treatment is full facial balancing with filler, as it allows her to restore volume, enhance symmetry, and create natural, harmonious results. She sees aesthetic medicine as a true art form and is deeply committed to ongoing education to refine her techniques and stay at the forefront of the industry.
Outside of work, Olga is busy chasing her 15-month-old twins, Oliver and Olivia, and their fur baby, Ava, with her husband, Kyle.
